ОтветитьThank you , great video. I really like the twist in the warrior 3/ half moon pose. I’ve been struggling a-bit with my single leg balance on my right leg, for some time and that a good way to get a better feel of grounding into the support leg. Also the single leg standing split sequence was pretty cool. Thank you again 🙏
