Long ago, when I was 16, I was abused by an older woman. It was great!
My dad and uncle were in the HVAC business and I helped from about 13 years old. We had completed a central unit for a home, the owner was actually kin to my aunt. The man had health problems and his wife was much younger than he. How old she was I don't know, but she had grown children. These people were well respected and moderately wealthy. The lady, I assumed to be in late 40's early 50's was absolutely beautiful in a subtle way. One evening I was sent to replace a faulty thermostat. It was summer and very hot, when I got to the home it was fairly warm inside. The man was in bed and due to medication he was completely passed out. I replaced the thermostat and the AC started cycling as it should, the temperature went down fairly quickly. The lady and I sat at the breakfast bar and had sweet tea and cinnamon rolls. She had a robe on but really nothing more. The robe covered everything in a very decent manner, just the same as normal clothes. That is until the tie became slightly looser, that's when the beautiful breast became more visible across the breakfast bar. I really don't believe she intended for it to happen. But she looked at me in a strange way and said of all things "sorry". My mind was racing and I couldn't believe what I said next: it's OK, I wanted to see them. She began to cry softly and I got up and went around to comfort her. I said it's OK, no harm was done, and she kissed me. That was all I needed, I knew the layout of the house and took her to the far bedroom. I don't know how I walked with all the excitement and the blood going away from my head to the other head. Being 16 I didn't hold out any on the first go around. I called home and told my mother that I was going by a friend's house to help with math homework. After the 3rd time I was hanging in. My dad and grandfather had always said: if you don't make it good for them, you won't be able to come back. I used every trick I knew, and it was very good to her. Then kind of by accident I found her G spot, that when it really got good. She told me it had been years and even then she didn't quite get off, but she knew it could be wonderful. I kept it a secret and would only go by to "mow the grass and clean the yard". I did tell my sister a few years later and she was so delighted at the story. She said, damn she is so pretty and prim and proper. Years later the lady passed away, and then i told my father. He said: I always thought there was more to the story, no yard needs that much cleaning.

A predator is a predator, is always a predator. They get use to and crave the thrill and exhilaration. The intrigue of the taboo behavior under the watchful eyes of school staff and other students who love to gossip, is very edgy behavior. A predator can appear very normal and compliant. They never see themselves as predators. They feel comfortable in an environment where there are fixed roles and figure out how to look good. The staff training for preventing inappropriate behavior would be clear boundaries along with accountability for all medium of contact with students. School issued cell phones that are monitored just like IT does with school computer use. No contact by private sources. The school cases of illegal activity with students have similar patterns of behavior and emotional boundaries comes long before illegal activity. Can you imagine telling teachers to be aware of their own feelings when they are around students. What implications would that entail. I imagine students can tell something is going on long before hand cuffs appear.
