Here in Serbia, you could often get a book in the happy meal. Most of the time there would be just toys, sometimes there would be both toys and books, and this would happen rarely but sometimes there were just books, I even have a few myself. Oh yeah I forgot that sometimes a mini book would come with a toy and all the toys would have their own mini books
