Alternative interpretation to Vader's "cooldown": When he entered the room, his anger was focussed. When he had pulled down the first ship, his mind had already wandered to its insides. Just as if you came into a store screaming at the employee that you think sold you the wrong item - and then finding out it was their twin brother. You'd need time to build up that rage again.

I mean it's basically the same as a mana/ cooldown explanation, but a bit more psychological. Not to say the dark side made any sense...

I always wondered what happened to the pilot of the first ship. Vader pulled him down and took out the center but he wasn’t exposed and most likely not dead lol. Reva comes up and nobody ever investigates the ship. I picture myself chilling in the cockpit for a few hours then popping out “ok everybody gone” 😂

As badass as this is. It makes zero sense.

The ship should not be able to escape because the Empire would have a Star Destroyer in orbit specifically in case of a scenario like this.

I wish that they hadn't gone there with Vader, Rey, and Palpatine being able to overpower ships with the force. It's just silly. Yoda had to summon all of his strength just to stop and redirect that senate chair/private box thingy back at the emperor in Revenge. Now you can not only stop one ship, but an entire fleet of ships by using the force. Jedi used to be good with a sword, tricking people, and moving a few things with their minds. Now they run around acting like the Scarlet Witch or something.

As lame as this show was, that was an absolutely badass moment. Right up there with Vader's rampage at the end of Rogue One.
