I guess you have never seen blue fin tuna on a bait ball lousy video this is!!
ОтветитьIncredible team effort from those mackerels, such fighters even though they didn't survive, but they tried till the very end!
ОтветитьI thought yellow fin tuna eats Jollibee chicken, KFC, macdonald's chicken and the like....😀
ОтветитьBig fish eat small fish. Then we eat big fish. Yummy
ОтветитьIt is not a bait if they are just preys.
ОтветитьPoor mackerel!
ОтветитьIf they all scatter in all directions at once, a lot of them will easily escape
ОтветитьHoly Mackerel!
ОтветитьWhile it's fun song for the other fishes...it's horror song for the poor mackerels.
ОтветитьI didn’t know birds went THAT deep
ОтветитьPoor thing, I can only imagine what covid has done to the sea..
ОтветитьSpent a couple of minutes in a tuna vortex on my first dive ever. 1 in 500 dives per scuba master. I would go back.
ОтветитьThis is the worst attack on the school since columbine
ОтветитьThey see the mackerel bait ball as an oppor-TUNA-ty to eat.
ОтветитьImagine if your best defense was to go to a metal concert and mosh in the crowd hoping something wouldn't pick you off and eat you.
ОтветитьBasicalpy they were born to be eaten
ОтветитьThey're afraid and clump together but it never works :(
ОтветитьThat's depressing. They just eat them all? How does this species survive?
Ответитьimagine that ball of bait on your hook, thats one big hook and a screaming reel, nonono... a flying rod and a broken reel, and maybe a broken rod too.
Ответитьive never seen a bird go so far under to get a mackerel
ОтветитьShame
ОтветитьThe ocean is amazing isn't it
ОтветитьSee nat geo filming pulls out fishing rod
Ответитьdamn nature, you scary.
ОтветитьNote to mackerels: balling never works when dealing with dolphins or tuna. They will just use that to their advantage.
ОтветитьThe mackerel gather to form whats known as a Buffet Ball
ОтветитьEat and and get fat u bluefin! Now....bite my bait!!!!!!!
ОтветитьWhich is why it's last resort. In the event there's no other option, it increases the chance that individuals can survive, because being alone means your chances of getting eaten are higher. If there are others around, there might be some hope of escape for the individual.
Ответитьthe music makes it easier to watch the Mackeral DIE!
Ответитьno he died
Ответитьthis narrator just made nat geo fucked...
Ответитьmaybe it's not a defense mechanism and just a way of travel??? epic fail if attempt at defense...
Ответитьi love the music. but i don't like that Predator sound.
ОтветитьWtfwtfwtfwtfwtf
ОтветитьIf this supposed defense mechanism fails so miserably, why does it stick around? It doesn't seem to scare off ANY predators. If anything, it attracts them!
Ответить13 people were once part of a bait ball.
Ответитьwho fimed this for nat geo??
ОтветитьSo the dolphins are the wolves ...herds the sheep..um er..fish into a ball.... Why dont we train dolphins to fish for us...
Ответитьthis is why fish will never have nukes
Ответитьfull evolutionary fatal fail !!
ОтветитьNow that's a lot of fish
Ответить@soulfly7112000 Unfortunately, no, it is devoured by the mackerel. Nature can be cruel sometimes :)
Ответитьสุดยอด
Ответить0:36 ...is it a dolphin far on the left ?
Ответить@Wadeeecom Man has increased extinction a tiny % in a short time, it's nothing compared to what nature has done. Meteorites and natural climate change have destroyed the vast majority of species. Man is probably responsible for about 0.5% of modern extinctions, probably less. Man is in danger of depleting fish and natural environments for animals, but the actual real number of animal extinctions is still small. Although some of them happen to be some of our favourite animals.
Ответитьstrength in numbers? fail in numbers
ОтветитьBIRDS CAN SWIM UNDER WATER!!!!...WTF!!
ОтветитьWow advertisements are annoying and they are loud
Ответить@Gilmoy heh wel said (:
ОтветитьCatch a mackerel catch a TUNA.
