I am writing from Sweden. I love yours and Jamie's cooking. My own cooking skills and knwoledges develop a lot when I watch you cook. You two have thaught me some of the best technics, tips and tricks that I know.
The crostini seemed wonderful. I don't like tuna so much but I love "sandwiches" like bruschetta and crostini.

ОтветитьIf you like your tuna with a little larger chunks of tuna like Gennaro purchased(large chunks more expensive), pour only the juice from the tuna in the bowl and add the other ingredients as shown and mix well, then at the end , put in your tuna chunks and lightly fold in with a rubber spatula, i like to cover it in plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 2 hours minimum to let the flavors blend, then put on the crostini, my mother prefers this way, and so does everyone else in the family. If you are going to break down the tuna that much, which is fine if you like it that way, you can sometimes find it already in the jar somewhat broken down at a lower price than the larger chunks
