PlayStation 30th Anniversary Pre-Sale Orders Being Cancelled?!

Got the anniversary edition bundle🥳🥳 almost didn't though cause my card was declined temp for fraud🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ but the transaction still went thru

Depending how many of these cancellations happen, the more valuable these bundles become. My prediction is that it will reach a value of 10k euros.
There have already been multiple sales for over 5k euros in the EU. There will be a massive demand boost when the actual launch date comes around and people have physical possession of it.
Keep in mind this value will only be for the mint-in-box unopened bundles. So think twice before you crack that seal.

Console Gamers ...please just use some common sense & logic. Instead of wasting your money on the PS5 Pro standard or Aniversary version, save that money & put it on the upcoming "Sony PS6" that will be released in approx. 2 years.🙂

Fortunately I got a 30th Anniversary Pro here in the UK and will not be selling it as I'm a genuine collector...can't wait to see it on display with my sealed 20th Anniversary PS4.

Sony did fine, 12K consoles for MILLIONS that would want this...there's going to be disappointment somewhere.

That's weird, because when I made my purchase I got an alert on my phone asking me did I make a purchase. I said yes, After it went through. If I said no it probably would have canceled my order. My order been confirmed.

Why only make 12.6k of these worldwide? Why not just release the 30th edition plates and allow users to swap the cosmetics on the console/controllers. This is to much trouble for a console, even if you get one... your most likely going to just leave it unopened in your room like a trophy. It makes no sense.

Probably came up as fraud because it charged twice. I got a regular pro ordered and it hit my account twice but it didn’t cause a cancel and the charges fell off as it was just checking that the account was good

If you use your bank card and make a big purchase that you normally don't do, it will flag it as a fraud purchase. Use a credit card instead of a bank card

Selling them like that is a scalper heaven - why are they even up for sale? The PS4 20th edition was only available as a reward in various contests ant lotteries, that were centered around celebrating the PlayStation brand. It was cool then, but just up and selling a LIMITED NUMBER of those is just asking for scalping problem.

This is ALL $ony's fault in the 1ST place, 1 for being COMPLETELY STUPID and only selling/manufacturing a RIDICULOUS 12,300 SKUs JUST to with the resonate original Play$station launch date, AND for NOT making the 30th Anniversary items NONRESELLABLE like they should be in the 1ST place! That'd teach the F*ING SCALPERS a lesson! There also REALLY needs a WORLDWIDE LAW against ALL price inflation because it's simply CRIMINAL, scamming and immoral!
