i can honestly relate to this, i had someone i thought as a friend and trusted with my life and they cut me off when all my issues were fixed by them, seemingly for a reason, but there wasnt one in view, instead they left me to rot as soon as i wasnt able to make them look like a good person to others

Love the connection between this song and Cycle, moreso specifically the line “hang you to dry” and “hang it all on me” and I think that’s awesome lyrical work

Of course anger would be the first, it conveys such intense emotions, yet is so subtly complicated. The Archivist may have no been personally in this relationship, but the emotions it destruction wrought upon the abused is perfect material.

Did I absolutely jam out the whole time? Also yes

The instrumentals are so epic!
And the vocals are so soothing (I know it's not meant to be, but it just is.)
