I went to Germany years ago
Audi had three floors food when you go through the door with all the meat first then clothes then all things for your home they were lovely
Wie sehr ich deutsches Essen vermisse. Ich komme aus München und wünschte, ALDI würde mehr deutsche Lebensmittel führen.
ОтветитьWow. German prices are like USA prices back in the 90’s lol. Everything so cheap. A bottle of soda is like close to 3 bucks now. Especially since biden’s economy has been flourishing as our democrats like to sell our people lol.
ОтветитьThere is an Aldi down the street from me where I live in Southern California. I never think to go there, but when I do, I find all sorts of unique products. I worked for Trader Joe’s back in the 1970’s when I was a kid. I was there when the acquisition took place. Back then, we only had around 15 stores including the original Pronto Markets. Back then, we were a glorified 7/11, and we even had a large magazine section and sold all types of cigarettes. I was told by one of my bosses that when the new owners were touring all of the TJ locations before the acquisition, they liked the store I worked in best.
ОтветитьI love Germany and the german people. With love from 🇺🇲
ОтветитьSo much cheaper there then in US.
ОтветитьThe reason grocerys are cheaper in Germany then the US . Is because you dont have Joe Biden as your president!!!!!Trump 2024!!!!!!!
ОтветитьHiw do you compare rat poison to nutritious food?
Ответитьthere is a aldi here to i like shopping there to great price's thanks for the tour mike
ОтветитьOH BROTHER WHAT A LIER!
ОтветитьWELCOME TO ALDI!? YOU SHOULD PUT THE VOCE TO THE MAN WHO IT BELONGS TO!
ОтветитьNOT TRUE!
ОтветитьALDI’s is coming to Brunswick, Ga. after Jan. 1, 2024👍
ОтветитьReally like these videos of Germany, I learn a lot
ОтветитьThe aldi near me is much smaller than this one. I would love to have some of what you see there, like the tinned herring and the cheese that we do not have in america.
ОтветитьHi, come to these videos and rewatch because they make me feel better
ОтветитьIn Europe the German supermarkets are the ones that sell goods with the lowest quality , specially fruit and vegies , the Dutch sell in Germany green house tomatoes and other fruit and vegies that they can not sell anywhere else in Europe.
Germany's quality is on average that of Lidl and Aldi , never been in the USA but I doubt that the quality is inferior than in Germany.
Enjoyed the vid, but why you want to represent LA? That city is a dump.
ОтветитьJust stay in Germany, it is much more interesting over there!
ОтветитьOmg, saw the MERCI chocolate. Sooo yummy. Costco is usually my go to for the deliciousness. Bulk lol ❤
ОтветитьI'm confused. You are in Aldi store in Germany but keep quoting prices in Dollars and cents. Shouldn't they be in Euros and cents, and they aren't at par just like US and Canadian $, there is a bit of difference at times.
ОтветитьThe beer prices alone would save me a bunch of money - and it's German Beer - not that shitty Miller lite and the like! Aldi in Pennsylvania doesn't sell alcohol because it's a State monopoly!😖
ОтветитьI was ordering from Aldi on Instacart in the US. They had yellow onions listed at like 99cents or something very low. I needed three of them really to get by for the week. When my order came it was 3 huge bags of onions. I was a shocked Pikachu! Aldi is great!
ОтветитьGermany 🇩🇪 💜
ОтветитьI lived in Germany - these are great memories for me.
ОтветитьI love Aldi / Trader Joes bc it is smaller & easier to get in and out. Also good prices for higher quality. Interesting that the Aldi there has a stand for pizza/hotdogs and donuts/bread.
ОтветитьSeeing the prices nowadays just makes me cry
Ответитьwir danken ihnen Mike.
ОтветитьIt sounds like you have a German and an American accent at the same time - some words sound like you have a German accent and some words make you sound like you have an American accent. I’ve never heard anything like this before but I love it!
ОтветитьI am very familiar with Aldi corporation. I worked 12 maybe 16 hours a day during blizzard season plowing that Entire campus. You see, Aldi corp has there 🇺🇲 corporations headquarters in Naperville Illinois. Worked the snow contract for several years till I moved out here West in the desert. Enjoy your videos 😂
ОтветитьIn Germany you get 1L milk
I’m USA you get 3 or 5L. Everything big and xxl. A lot get thrown away and a lot more than needed gets eaten making USA place #1 for big people. Why don’t USA have many 1 L products. It’s enough. How can the food experts recommend this huge amount of food.
In Texas they had something called a blue law. retail stores were closed on Sundays, even the malls. I think this stopped in the late 80s. I like that bread cutting machine
ОтветитьI’d be an alcoholic very quickly! 🍺🍻🍸🥂. I also love MEZZO MIX!!
ОтветитьHi Mike, We have ZWIEBECK in the US , but most of the time it is in the Baby Food section or at least it used to be. My Grandmother , my Mom used it for our children when they were teething. * the child being well supervised by an adult My “3 kids” are all adults themselves , so it has been a long time since I have looked in that aisle lol
I really enjoy All of your videos. Especially when you’re with your Mom. Hope she is doing well. Keep being real.
! Anita
Das ist in Grassau ?
ОтветитьFood is so much cheaper in Germany than US. Money exchange as of 7/16/2023 USD 1.12 to EUR 1.00. No one wants the USD anymore. Only going to get worse I fear. Thanks for the video Mike.
ОтветитьI feel bad for my German people not knowing about good tasting food and good quality
ОтветитьAll fruits price is per kilogram not per package or fruit
ОтветитьALDl
ОтветитьWish our prices in AMERICA were that low!!!!!
ОтветитьAll you need is a passport? For a mobile sim card? That's kind of intrusive...
ОтветитьIv been to Aldi throughout many states in the USA and Germany. The quality and prices were better in Germany for sure. Everytime I buy milk at USA Aldi it goes bad way to fast way before the expiration date but I bought some discounted close to expiration milk at Aldi South and it was good.
ОтветитьAlmost everything is cheaper than in Poland.
ОтветитьIt's not a joke my dear, about the baby formula, the states have had issues getting formula for the babies, one reason is because they shipped lot's of it to a country, that needed it for their children, after they did that, something happened, to the formula, that they were making here, it ended up getting contaminated, some how, all of it had to be thrown out, families were running around from store to store, and from town to town, and state to state, just trying to find one can of formula, for the babies. Everyone was trying to help each other, you had grandparents going out of state, just to find some for their grand children. Thank goodness, we don't all live in the same place. Sometimes, we have to reach a little further, to help one another out. There were some babies that passed away, because of what happened. It's really sad, but this is the world we live in, and it's good, that you didn't have these issues, you were blessed by that. Always remember, to count your blessings daily.
ОтветитьI think when they were talking about baby formulia, they meant the milk and powder milk. Thanks for taking us around it's awesome to see. See ya later.😊
ОтветитьAldi ist viel zu teuer geworden.
ОтветитьGenerally shop at Ralphs, Trader Joe's and/or Costco, but will give Aldi's a try. Everything looks so good!
