Unfortunately…this means that your phone number was shared with the old user PRIOR to you contacting him to question him, which only a close friend would be able to do. If I were you, I would get and entirely new phone AND number and ditch the old one completely. Also…do not share or use the phone number that you use to setup your accounts. You best believe that every password you typed recently is now known to the user who regained access to your 7DS acct.
