I love your light-hearted and clear pointers in your content ^_^ this video got me motivated to keep on moving ahead with my running~ Thank you!! Cheers!!
ОтветитьSorry but this isn't 3 workouts it's just three levels lol, thanks for an obvious video

ОтветитьTaking steroids for running is good or bad.
ОтветитьI just really hate running hard and my knees can’t take it 🤦♂️
ОтветитьDid he mean that we have to do all the workouts in a single day?, or 1 workout per a day?
Ответитьwho has a cadence of 80-90 steps ? Thats slow motion :D
ОтветитьI can't run for more than 2k but my 5k walking + running is 40 minutes
ОтветитьRight now I'm doing 5k in 40mins. I'm trying to go slow as to not let my hr go to high
I'm hoping to go faster soon
I run often….. 1.5 weeks is my first 5k. Should I take it easy until the race or do I have time to run a few of these workouts?
ОтветитьI run a 20
ОтветитьI’m running my first 5K with my friend (his best is 23 mins) however I have no experience in this long of a run. My 1500 was 5’35” a couple years ago, but I hope to get a 25/26 min 5K. I’m aware that it’s ambitious, and quite wishful thinking, but since I wasn’t as strong mentally or physically when I was a middle distancer, I think I have a chance. I’ll update you all when I’m done.
ОтветитьDoes anyone have any tips on shin splints? I'm a newer runner. About 5'10" 180. I've been running 2.2 miles everyday in about 21 minutes. Nothing crazy I try to keep a slower jog pace that's sustainable. But I'm feeling it in my legs alot afterwards. Would shoes play a big part? Is it's form? Or is it too much running in a week. I'm trying to work my way to a sub 25min 5k. Any tips would help! Thanks
ОтветитьI've done 5k clear to marathon. My favorite distance is the 5k. Not because it's shorter but because it can be competitive even for slow runners. Plus it's doable trying to lower your time. I love that final kick at the finish.
ОтветитьI start running at 18...I continued training...as a hobby...off/on later I started ballet as well and continued both off /on
I am 60 now...I am very healthy and pretty too..it is the cumulative effect of physical activity...I am running in a marathon 5k next week!
First 5k 24 minutes thanks
ОтветитьI'm running my first 5k on November 5th can't wait
ОтветитьThis video was very helpful appreciate it
ОтветитьI'm thinking about running a 5K October 29. I haven't been running lately due to work and whatnot (just biking), but if I start running tomorrow and days ahead, would I be okay and able to run a 5K on the 29th? I used to run 5Ks, including a year ago.
ОтветитьI love the fact that someone who lives for the 5K couldn’t even dream of running it when he was asked lol five ks are the worst
Ответить9❤
ОтветитьI improved my time by 5 mins in a matter of weeks by running up and down the stairwell of a 16 storey tower block .
Ответить👍
Ответить1km intervals with 1-1 rest work ratio 5km worth two times a week with 2 long slow distance (LSD) runs a week then on the 5th session of the week 5x5 deadlifts with 30 seconds assault bike for 5 rounds with 2 min rest, that’s how I achieved a sub 19 min 5km in under 5 weeks
ОтветитьGreat video! But it should say "Go Farther" instead of "Go Further"
If this comment upsets you please be nice because I have autism. Great video though!
Guys, stating the obvious here and no workouts.
ОтветитьKlay Thompson? 🧐
ОтветитьRan my 3rd ever run just before Xmas and did a 5km in 36 mins. Have been running ever since. Unsure how to go about training to improve 5km speed.
Ответитьso helpful!!!! Thank you
Ответить1.innate vo2max
2.absolute record
3.ammount drill
4.numbers of enemies
5.mentality
Ran 5k for the first time ever in my life, today. "Be comfortable being uncomfortable" is something I will keep in mind. I'm so excited to start this 5k journey.
ОтветитьMike wazowski??
ОтветитьWhoever’s reading this, give me some advice. I can run 3-8 miles from 8 minute pace to 10 minute pace and it feels the same. I can’t do “conversational pace,” because I keep running at 160 cadence no matter what. I dont get what I’m doing wrong and it’s getting very upsetting. I run run run run run, but I can’t get any better. My 1 mile pace tops out at 8 minutes even tho I can keep that pace for 5-8 miles. What’s going on with me? Am I holding back? Is it mental? Is it form? Is it muscular?
ОтветитьThe key to running a 5K is …see more
ОтветитьНадо дышать..
ОтветитьI'll be running for my ssc gd today 😆😌
ОтветитьWhat a cool video :D
