I'm wondering what legitimate organization(s) are helping with housing rebuild materials. I'm sure many people want to know this info, and there are legit answers. I would hope for a legit housing rebuild agency working like the NAFO 69 sniffing brigade.

I’m just wondering if the process is going on or if it has already materialized regarding the billions of dollars being frozen in the west. This large sum of money should be spent in the reconstruction all all the structures both public and private that were being destroyed by Putin during this unprovoked and crazy invasion of Ukraine since 2014.

People are busy, but it would be nice to get a running weekly total on how much reconstruction expense Russia is liable for. Fortunately, huge Russian funds are frozen in the West.
