The accent makes much better to watch
ОтветитьWhat label makers do you use, for all your labelling around the warehouse and office?
ОтветитьThis whole system is genius!! But one question that now remains in my head is: What if an employee becomes sick, pregnant, or is not able to work that day? As there is for example, one operator in the woodstation. Imagine if he is sick for 2 weeks, what will happen to the process, and how do they deal with that?
ОтветитьI'm a small business owner, and I enjoyed this very much. Such great insights to take away Thank you😊
ОтветитьThis video has made me understand lean and I'm writing an exam tomorrow.keep up the good work
ОтветитьEpic. Epic tour and of course Epic concepts. Sold.
ОтветитьWhen I seen the headlines I thought another company overselling themselves but got caught up in the enthusiasm and wow totally deserved all the plaudits and what a great team spirit this is the benchmark in excellence in manufacturing and social interaction
ОтветитьThank you - this is worth so much more than the thousand words on Lean I'd already studied.
ОтветитьGreat tour! Seating Matters just keeps getting better and better!

ОтветитьWonderful example of Lean Manufacturing, love the two bin system and Kaizen foam for tools.
ОтветитьGo to china and you'll learn a lot more
ОтветитьSuper organisation hats off . Ryan told we paying only for innovation of the employee not for their work - it is great thinking.
ОтветитьI spend no less than 15 minutes to find real lean examples, but all link told me about 5s, kanban etc. Thank you for this tour!
Ответитьcall 8 wastes is D.O.W.N.T.I.M.E (Defect - Over production - Waiting - Nonutilized talent/performance - Transportation - Inventory - Motion - Extra processing)
ОтветитьWhy is it referred to as "Lean" and not Kaizen ?
Ответитьi have a lot of custom contract manufacturing, many customer supplied components and some of our own, blanket orders with several work orders against blanket orders in a few releases of a variety of SKUs. how does kanban system work for that?
ОтветитьBackround music? Very annoying!
ОтветитьI would love to know more about the Japanese learning technique you mentioned. I am familiar with KAIZEN but I'm curious to learn more. Any suggestions on a book would help as well 🫡💯
ОтветитьRyan how do your team handle the chat videos? checking, answering 20X1 minutes video is too much. Is there a dedicated time for that?
