Let us know just how many emails you unsubscribed from in the comments below.
ОтветитьHi,how to resubscribe it?
Ответитьthanks for the help
ОтветитьHey thank you very much! This video was so helpful. I tried to manually unsubscribe like 5 times now, but still I received a lot those automated emails, with unroll everything is chill.
ОтветитьWhat I love (/sarc) is that I have some news services I want... but they keep making additional versions that they send me... nothing new, just more copies of the same stories in a different format. So each time they do it, the new ones go into the spam folder and I unsubscribe... which almost never works... they just send me a another version of the same service.
ОтветитьImo If you have thousands or tens of thousands of email messages sitting in your mailbox, then you don't know how to safely and properly use a computer. You need to get more training before you continue.
Unsubscribe should ONLY BE USED WHEN you know the sender is legitimate and you don't want to continue to receive mail that you once AGREED to receive. Unsubscribe as shown is an excellent way of confirming your email address to assist spammers in validating their shared address lists. If you didn't subscribe, mark the message as SPAM and let Google filter out all future ail from that sender.
The goal isn't to just get rid of unwanted mail in your inbox, but to prevent it from interfering with your use of your computer. You get unwanted messages either because you were careless with how you used your email address at least ONE time, or because you or one of your friends don't have a secure computer, or because someone that you trusted CC'd you or forwarded a message from you to another, insecure recipient.
You can't protect yourself from this with any service or software. What you can do is have more than one email address other than your primary one and never use your primary email address. Google will let you have as many email accounts as you can manage. The only practical limit is your ability to manage them. I suggest a minimum of four three. The highest security one should be used only for financial and legal things like bank, insurance, brokerage, and utility accounts. Banks usually have provision for a backup email account. which should be your ISP email address. The normal security one should be used only for trusted immediate family and friends. The minimum security one should be used for random websites.
You will never need to use your ISP email address except to correspond with your ISP. You shouldn't need to use your highest security address to send email. You can protect your normal address from forwarding insecurity by using Gmail to mark all messages Confidential.
Social and general websites provide the ability to change your address and password whenever you wish. To add a layer of security to them, have one or more "throwaway " addresses that you only use for joining new sites. The least secure of those sites will leak their addresses within a week or two, so wait a month before changing your address at a new site to your general one.
Each secondary Gmail address can be configured to forward all its messages to your primary Google address, , or you can configure your primary account to display the secondary accounts. With either method you can make a filter in the primary mailbox to label the messages according to "who" it was addressed.
Thank you, I have been struggle to unsubscribe the junk mail for years but I am unable to do it until now.
ОтветитьI went from 34,484 emails to 501 . its actually crazy
ОтветитьMy God, what a nightmare signing up for Unroll Me is. You're an idiot for recommending that service. You're giving them access to all your gmail, and good luck trying to terminate it. You idiot! Thanks for creating a nightmare for me.
ОтветитьThank you for your video. How to undo unsubscribe email please? I Accidentally clicked the unsubscribe
ОтветитьSo the 1st method deletes emails but doesn't unsubscribe, right? and the 2nd method unsubscribes and deletes, right? (if you use the unsubcribe button in rollup, it does both, right?...navigates thru the unsubscribe links/prompts and deletes the email?)
ОтветитьUnSubscribe button didn't work in the received spam mail
ОтветитьAmazing Bruv you deserve a sub 👍
ОтветитьJust helped me delete 13 years of garbage in my gmail. Thank you so MUCH
ОтветитьI currently have - a few… emails to unsubscribe since I was a kid
ОтветитьMy phone doesn't show the arrow
ОтветитьDid you know there Gmail on Samsungs s9+ how do you do it on the phone
ОтветитьThis is not available in my country, sad
ОтветитьThanks very much for this Mike. I will get back to you if it stops. I note that Google, presumably deliberately, do not make it easy to delete noxious e-mails from their own system.
ОтветитьThe unroll site wanted my phone number for "Verification." Ain't happening... sorry
ОтветитьI feel called out & not in a nice way .. Thanks anyways 😂😊
ОтветитьThanks 😍😇
Ответитьthank you very much, much appreciated.
ОтветитьThank you v much indeed Sir.great job.
Ответитьsome of thoose emails have unsubscribe link with harmfull stuff 🥶 you do not wana click
ОтветитьHi, would love some help, after I type in unsubscribe in the search bar, I don’t get a pull-down arrow like yours, how do I change my set up so I can finish the process?
ОтветитьBro I have been wanting to figure this out since I first began using email and that has been about 11 years. Thank you so much!!
Ответитьunsubscribed around 2100 lmao
Ответитьhow about ciao! spam used my email to spam another email how to fix it i just try like this video then how dint it work? and i non stop change my password account
ОтветитьNo unsubscribe doesn’t work for the “survey,” “free stuff” for scammers looking to build an email listing. It just sends to another link.
Ответитьill be honest not sure how safe it is to use unrollme site really is... a good rule to fallow in the internet: nothing is truly "free" you giving up your info to some entity who does say what they do with ur data but the fact it said to u that it will give (sell) ur personal data to private entities like airlines, marketing teams etc doesn't make it right... and as u may expect obviously they need to make a living off of it. That being said I don't say the site it's unsafe to use but in the same regard I wouldn't use any actual personal/important email accounts on that site but I see nothing wrong with using junk email accounts or whatever secondary email accounts u may use for say gaming or whatever.
The feature that unrollme site provides should be granted by gmail but gmail itself wants u to have many subscriptions which is why they don't enable said feature.... it's so annoying but the best way to deal with this is by manually unsubs and as long u keep a daily (or at least once per week) check up on ur emails u will keep it clean. (also using filters to just delete them doesn't solve the problem make sure to manually clicking on that unsub link)
When I do it, it doesn’t say your filter was created
ОтветитьYou’re my hero. Definitely trying this in the morning!!
ОтветитьI am now using an Android phone , I have not been to a library yet to get training
Ответитьi’ve got 7k + 😭😭😭😭
ОтветитьNot all hero’s wear capes !!! Thaaaank you I’m like at 20k 😂
ОтветитьWould pretty much never get emails from Indeed...then I find a job, and I get spam emails everyday so annoying
ОтветитьU unsubscribe and it finds anotherway
ОтветитьU cant with old iphones
ОтветитьThanks I get a lot of School emails but they tell me they cant stop sending them.
ОтветитьPlease am unable to download or access the app. The feedback is, it's not available in my home country
Ответитьrock , second one is handy
ОтветитьDont laugh . . . I have 79,000 from 15 years of emails that I ignore
ОтветитьBro. It works in ur video only. I tried just as u have mentioned and guess what it shows nothing like what u have shown. May be this video is itself a spam🤦
ОтветитьI am so sick n tired of millions of unwanted spam solicitation emails that I have no idea where they came from and each time I hit and report as spam they return to my Gmail / Hotmail account
ОтветитьUsually tell when it's junk mail because it has lots of strange characters in it and doesn't look like the rest of the emails.
Unsubscribing. Just let them know that I was still there and the next day that I got five times more mail than I've ever had and now I cannot get it to stop I just want to know where it's coming from and track it back to them. This video is three years old I wanna see something more current.
I tried unsubscribing before and it made it worse I got three times as many emails.
ОтветитьLiam Neeson! Thank you for rescuing us once more
ОтветитьYeah, Nah … enroll in more junk websites? Get in bed with devil to avoid devils? Nah!
ОтветитьI appreciate the video but I wish people would just get to the point instead of explaining for 3 minutes what you're going to do
Ответить
