1 answer "BELIEVE IN THE DIVINE "🙏🏻
ОтветитьGenuinely interested, what do you do with a panic attack while driving? It could be dangerous. I am dealing with chronic illness and panic disorder, and I decided to try and go for a little drive with my daughter in the car. I forgot my phone, and when I got half way over to her school (which was only a few minutes away) I realized I was responsible for her, I had no phone, and it triggered a panic attack. I decided to keep driving and get home, but the only reason I did that was because home wasn’t too far. But I felt like I was going to faint. If I had have crashed I could have hurt us both or someone else. How do you turn towards that without putting yourself in danger, but without avoidance behaviors? 🫣😬
ОтветитьCould you or would you please do a video on grief? Thank you so much

ОтветитьCan you make a video about family, family conflict, I told my therapist about how my father and sister use toxic language and guilt trip me to pay them money, they said that they(family) have rights I should pay them ??? I said I didn’t ask to be born, they said it didn’t matter ?? That I wouldn’t last without same blood family support. Is that true ? Can you give me pointers and research to read
