I often times fill my day to day calendar with appts. There are times when I have an urgent request that requires me to open an our or more of time to fit in the new request. Is there any easy way to move multiple appoints at one time to open the time I need without having to reschedule each appt. Thank you.

What is the best way to cancel future instances in a series? Open my series and change the end date to a date before the next instance. It works the way I want it in mine, but a colleague says it cancels all of hers. What is accurate? Thanks!

HI, I have multiple emails accounts on my profile and no matter which email address a meeting request is sent to, the meeting is accepted from the same email address and it is an issue because they are different companies and other staff members can see my calendar. Can you assist with that? I can't seem to find the answer anywhere.

Thank you so much for the very slow and clear tutorial. I have an issue with the "monthly view".. It used to show two (2) appointments per day (actually the name of the appointment)... however, now it does NOT show the name of the appointment, and simply shows +2 on the day. I then have to click on the daily view in order to see what is there. I used to be able to see it clearly on the monthly view. What happened? can you help? Thanks.

Can we create outlook calendar notifications by email of any deletion or addition on a Shared calendar? There are times users have added something in the shared calendar or deleted some appt, I would like to get an email notification of what they deleted or added on what date and time. (I don't want invites, its not a meeting, its just clients appt.)...

Great, simple explanation. I wonder how I might transfer some of this as I work in a Mac environment. Would it be as simple as using my Microsoft for Mac and creating signatures for a company that works in PC? Is MAC to PC transfer of Outlook formats possible even if platforms are different?
