Thanking you before I fall asleep.

I've been struggle today with anxiety, self doubt and fear. This past year ive been making changes and working on being my true self. The process is not always pleasant. This meditation took all my thoughts and addressed every single one. I will definitely have this one on my favorites list. God bless you🙏🏻

Hello Jason, I wanted to take a moment and let you know that this meditation you created, is a life changing one for me. And has a message within that confirms something I've been mulling over with much doubt for the past couple of weeks. I was directed by my spirit guides to visit this meditation tonight. I had previously asked for guidance to my question on what to do. And you said it here. No "I think he said it" but positive affirmation this is the direction I should follow.

These meditations led me out of religion and into SPIRITUALITY! This light code came to me.
The time it takes to create these meditations is selfless! The path to actually learning and posting meditations is motivated by the trials in the lives of those who post these. You can hear his understanding and compassion to the things he speaks of in his voice guided meditations.
This taught me a huge lesson.
If we do not take the painful things life has thrown at us and make them into something that helps others, we are becoming a part of the problem. I think to myself, if Jason would’ve doubted the impact he could have on the world, THIS CHANNEL WOULD NOT EXIST.
My point is this : find something your passionate about and share it with others. He had courage to Create this channel wondering if it would lead to rejection or a waist of time would have kept him in atrophy which would have kept us in our negative cycles because we wouldn’t have this loving man to share himself with us without being connected to the outcome! Disconnect from the outcome and put yourself out there . Yes there’s a chance of failure and rejection but if you touch one life..... wouldn’t it be worth the risk?
We all have a calling and purpose in life to help others!! Together with the law of one, we can indeed change the world! Ty Jason! You’ve helped me to have the courage to be my authentic self!!!

I am surprised that I never heard this meditation before today. Maybe that was how the universe intended it to be. Your words were so moving and forced me to face my true self; both the good and many flaws. I realized over the past years I have changed drastically as if a turtle retreating into it's shell. This was truly inspiring on so many levels, touching upon each aspect of my life. I will definitely be repeating this one again.
