This whole movie looked like a mobile game ad

The problem with pacific rim 2 is they too focus on human actor, the first movie the actor is just a parody an imagine of a human where the mech and kaiju is the main focus, the human is just there to tell the story and for viewer imagine themselves in subconscious way. Sure the first movie method won't get actor famous but this kind of mech movie never about human actor so when they have actor trying to be relatable and trying to took the spotlight it's just turn into an disaster.

Obsidian fury is always in a whole mood when in combat ... his scene is always my favorite ❤

in responce to what people say about the jaeger designs, don't forget there has been a 10 year time skip, so they would have probably found better to produce them with out making them as bulky as well as making them more manuverable.

Imagine, with all that budget just for them to make a movie that didn't even make sense in most ways. Like, a single counter can slash that body? And all that man-body on top of the ice and didn't even break? Like even the physics in this movie is on their side

Obsidian Fury was definitely one of the coolest Jaeger designs ever. I just love everything about it

I thought this movie was decent but the problem I have with it is that I thought Pacific Rim was a movie that didn't need a sequel and this movie did not feel like Pacific Rim but some kind of Optimus Prime VS Megatron type of feeling.

If you slow it down to half speed the fight actually looks decent

Honestly even though some people may not like this film it did have good fight scenes. I saw both films and to be honest neither one of the films were a perfect 10. Both "Pacific Rim" films had their pros and cons though.

It literally doesn't get better than this.

Guy can I have some explaining how obsidian fury lost but how did obsidian fury manage to fight gipsy avenger in the first scene and how did he lost did he got a nerf or something or is it according into plan of the Kaiju leader also he looked kinda weak

The way the Jaegers move and fight it looks like it was taken from an MCU movie, specifically anything with Iron Man. The big difference, of course, is that Iron Man's suits are just that, a much smaller suit designed to cover a single person, whereas a Jaeger is supposed to be a giant, hulking mechanized robot.
