I've been to the Tomb Of The Unknown Soldier. It's a very reverent place and the guards are extremely serious about what they do and what it means as they should be. No one should ever disrespect them or their task.

I stood guard duty at Camp Pendleton and would watch people do lots of stupid things on a weekend. I was stationed at Henderson Hall near the Pentagon in the Summer '99, and I would goto the Friday Parades at the Marine Barracks @8th&I. I saw government officials, bureaucrats, politicians, and their families do alot of things that would equally (and more) stupid than what was in this video to Marines on guard in their dress blues while on march.
