ОтветитьI'm just about to begin learning piano. Delivery any day now, and I've been watching a lot of beginner tutorials, especially around reading music. I know this is a very old video and you probably won't see this comment, but I felt compelled to let you know how helpful this was for me. Other videos were good but left me with questions. You've answered all of them in this video and my confidence and excitement has risen hugely as a result. Thank you so much. 👍👍

ОтветитьIt would be better if you can demonstrate how the notes sound in the scripts
ОтветитьExcellent. Thank you. Ive been pondering on this for a long time.

Ответить1960s… Every Good Boy Deserves Fruit
ОтветитьCan you apply this for guitar as well?
ОтветитьIs really frustrating ! I couldn’t read them while playing piano 😢 (plus, is giving me stress 😫)
ОтветитьEver Good Boy Does Fine
ОтветитьSo clear and quiet, only useful information, it was a pleasure. Thank you. 🙏
ОтветитьIt would’ve been nice if you would’ve played the notes on the piano while describing them
ОтветитьGreat video, clear and not rushed presentation. I'm actually a guitarist so the pedal section made me smile though (Fuzz? Chorus? Overdrive? Which pedal does he mean lol!)
ОтветитьAll of us who use alto, tenor, or piccolo cleffs feel discriminated against here. 😢
On a serious note, very VERY few of us use these cleffs, but um grateful for your time and energy.
The way it was introduced to me in school was;
Treble Clef - Every Good Boy Does Fine & FACE
Bass Clef - Good Boys Do Fine Always & All Cows Eat Grass
😁
Very well done video, thank you. I have one suggestion. You could start with middle C to explain the entire system. With that point, the “bass and treble being different” made sense.
ОтветитьI'm totally agree that's too hard read notes while play them.
ОтветитьEvery good boy deserves favour
ОтветитьHou to bulshit peopel 😂😂😂😂
ОтветитьIt's a good system for piano, terrible for strings.

ОтветитьIt's funny, none of my music heroes from The Beatles to Clapton to SRV to Tommy Emmanuel could read music. I've been playing guitar since 1966 and never felt the need. The CAGED system taught me how to play all over the fretboard. There's a saying, "if you want a guitar player to stop playing, put some sheet music in front of him". To tell the truth though, I am jealous of people who can read music and to me it's "Black dots on a white page".🎸
ОтветитьPaul McCartney, the most successful songwriter in the history of music does not read music. I do appreciate the video however because plenty of people do want to know how to do that.
ОтветитьI remember getting suspended in elementary for saying
(Good Boys Deserve Fine Asses) 🤦🏾♂️
Every good boy deserves favour.
ОтветитьIn the 80s they taught us it was:
Ever Good Boy Does Fine
FACE
Good Boys Do Fine Always
All Cows Eat Grass
Many thanks for the video! This is what my sons needed! ❤
Ответить👏👏👏👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️
ОтветитьBass clef good boys deserve favour always.
