on minute 3.10 the left Fenrir have Mechanic pilot skil.... not fair ;)

Bane gave an extra 100m, corner shooting, DOT and a quick reload. It’s what Embers used to be before WR reduced their spread so they could sell Bane.

In the absence of a more realistic test where targets have pilot skills, mods, and drones and using Repair Unit, the Sharanga test is the best performance reveal on these two weapons, because the reality is most of our targets will have excessive durability, and a frequent sustained damage like Banes will perform better. The Devastators are good too but you have to be more careful to allow for at least partial reload of multiple charges. In real combat scenarios for example, Revenant acid builds beat Revenant sonic builds. So base damage comparison is not enough for a complete performance review.

Who doesn't like Squirt guns? Bane and Venom and Toxin, just bot sized squirt guns spewing acid, ooooh yeah! I'm not too fond of the sonic weapons, because I have only 1 Devastator in my arsenal. I don't particularly like the uber long reload on them. I'm more fond of and familiar with much shorter reloads. More damage dealing ability in a shorter time. I'm experimenting with the flaming rockets weapons, Incinerator, Scald, and Scorcher. To see how they could possibly fit into my battle style. I really am intrigued about using Venom on Fafnir, I'm working towards arming 1 of my Corrupted Fafnir with them, I've got 3, just have to get the last 1. Hoping I'll get the components or the weapon itself to finally try it out.

I feel Devastator would be better fir orochi as its a run and hit for high dmg and for bane you would take some time

Real happy with my Devastators for close in brawling. Don’t need to spend a lot of $$$ on green acid rays spraying all around.

Devastate Orochi. Sonic damage can’t be repaired.

Orochi with Devastator can kill enemy quicker but can’t survive long, Orochi with Bane can survive longer as it has shorter reloading duration and has more weapon range it can also tackle multiple enemy at a time so it will be a personal preference and style of playing, for me I prefer Bane.

Devastator vs Puncher would be a great comparison

I think Siren is good but maybe Hawk has more sustain damage!

The last one with fenrir was not a fair comparison because he was self healing (the bane)

Devastators in testing and in theory can kill most enemies a lot quicker than Bane can, as proven in the test video.

But I find that in practice and during battles Bane is a lot easier to use and can be sometimes more effective. Using Bane also doesn't require you to go that close to your enemies, considering it has 100m more range.

I still prefer Banes over Devastators.

If test was don't with more than 70mtrs then Bane would come out winning..but then again on orochi..it's always close distance
