ОтветитьAll mighty Lucas he is god like Moses
ОтветитьArnold Laven outstanding direction. The whole scene crossing the wasteland with Luke tormenting them along is probably the most complex 'story-boarding' of any of the Rifleman. The three very distinct outlaws, the use of the dry rocky landscape to create a series of traps and much suspense. Laven was a John Ford inspired director and WWII film maker in the service with him. Laven directed 112 Big Valley episodes and Barbara Stanwyck trusted him completely.
Ответить"I really am a Cowboy"
ОтветитьActs 2:38
ОтветитьThank The Lord for old programs
ОтветитьWhy didnt Lucas hide a few pistols around the ranch...since Mark was a hostage every other episode ?
ОтветитьUh, wouldn’t it make sense to tell the bandits to throw away their guns?
ОтветитьJust watch a minute, I told myself.
Then move on.
Nope, got sucked in as usual....
Sadism..what sadism? Just good old Western Justice.. albeit in the mid-west.
ОтветитьYOU TOOK THE WRONG FLUFFY BOY!!!! ha ha ha ha.
ОтветитьA great series.

The Doc was leaving, and he left Mark there alone. I did see Doc take Mark to his place. He'll awake in a few hours and may seem confused. Pa, Pa, where are you?
ОтветитьJust exactly how many bullets does his rifle hold?🤔🙄😂😂
ОтветитьHot Pockets
ОтветитьThese criminals found out the hard way. Don't mess with Lucas' son. 😅
ОтветитьI like it ❤
ОтветитьI'll Always Love you Hayden Panettiere
ОтветитьI think this is the only episode that shows the sadistic side of Lucas. Normally, he is always trying to be fair and stand up for the person who is oppressed. But in this one episode, he is full of vengeance and retribution for what happened to his son. His son was in peril on many episodes, but this is only one where Lucas really wanted to settle a score. His sadistic side allowed them to shoot each other and he just sits back with a smirky grin. This is not his normal character in the entire show. I guess it goes to show you, EVERYONE has a dark side to their natures. I really think the show is more about showing this dark side of Lucas than the torment the bad guys endured. It demonstrates that any one of us can be overcome by the darkness of revenge and getting even with those who hurt us.
ОтветитьMark sure is a cute little boy
ОтветитьI don't believe that I've ever seen Lucas filled with so much anger and desire for revenge. Uncharacteristic for him and I don't think that it's a good fit or desirable trait to see in him. At least, not on a regular basis 😊
ОтветитьWow, never seen Lucas so mad. That was a good one. Agreed with the other commenter: he actually seemed terrifying.
ОтветитьWow, Lucas went dark side here. It’s understandable there’s some things you don’t do in life and one of them is never mess with Mark.
Part of him is going to be carrying this regret for a long time. He know he did bad, and he’s always going to remind him self in the darkness within them.
Lucas is Biden. The ringleader is Trump. His henchman is DeSantis. His brother is Kevin McCarthy and Mark represents the Constitution.
ОтветитьI know Mark’s a kid but all he had to do was stay put.
ОтветитьTo use an innocent child like that and then beg, beg, beg, the very same child's father for mercy.
Some nerve.
Stealing money that hard working bank depositors worked for is the very worst thing.
No three hots and a cot.
Instead, bread and water in Yuma, the territorial prison.

ОтветитьWOW 😳😲 incredible episode and the writing, superb
ОтветитьHalfway through the show, when McCain says "they will be begging for me to kill them", is do out of character for McCain.
He is a God fearing man who knows that "vengeance is mine saith the Lord, I will repay". But when your loved one has been hurt, you tend to not remember what the Bible teaches. Unfortunately. It's the same today
I am very glad you have posted Rifleman episodes! I really love this show! Well done. Thank you!
ОтветитьMan Lucas was at his most terffying in this episode. Those crooks learned not to mess with someone child.
ОтветитьI don't blame Lucas for what he's done to those criminals, especially when it involves the well being of his son being held hostage being badly injured while he is forced to participate in a crime.
ОтветитьWow that was some treatment Luke gave those criminals. I'm wishing I could do that to the punks who stole my grandma's favorite garden gnome.
ОтветитьThey could just split up in different directions, and pretend to escape every 10 minutes and make him waste his bullets. Sad they should have kept moving.
ОтветитьMy favorite show!! Season 3!! Yay
ОтветитьLove the Vazquez filming location.
ОтветитьHow traumatic it must have been for Mark being taken hostage....once a month.
ОтветитьThird season. Let’s go !!
