I guess that is one way. I drop in a 2 second clip that looks like a vcr fast forwarding on black and set the transparency to 35% and it looks great like you hit fast forward on a vcr to progress forward..

What are you dropping the noise level down to? 10? I can't see...

Im working with an Image file, how to I adjust the speed of this effect? *never mind figured it out. Adjusting the numerical value on "Scrolling step" higher.
