If you watch a video called project blue book alien interview (I don't claim that its real or not??)
Though what is said by that alien they captured is pretty insightful and could be the real truth.
You watch it and decide.
The premise is aliens are an evolutionary human from this Earth in the future.
That there are multiple universe's but only few are capable of supporting life.
That in this century a person who rules the USA for a short time will be responsible for nuclear war breaking out.
Politics and religious dogma will be our downfall.
The nuclear war will break out across the globe.
Millions will die from radiatiom but some will survive to live on, on Earth.
If they interfered in this time it would have future consequences.
The reason they visit is to observe as all records of this time were destroyed and want to get back the information.
It explains why they're seen over nuclear plants.
Idk. It kinda makes sense though if you think about it.
About the time they said things would start to change falls aroun 9/11. 🤷‍♀️

I was driving to my next duty station, Ft. Ord, CA. in late 1989 from Texas. It was extremely late, or early, about 2:00am and I was on I-10 West. It was clear and the moon was almost full. I could not get any radio stations, so I decided to entertain myself by turning off and on my headlights, it was that clear and the moon was that bright. Next thing I know a UFO was on top of me, then to the right of me when it disappeared. I did not know what to do, but I did know what NOT to do. I did not pull over, or pull over and get out. I kept driving. This object did not make any sound, nor was there any heat signature (one call see heat signatures in the night), nor sonic boom. It made a ridiculous turn (bank) and jetted off in a more ridiculous speed, thus no sonic boom. I have been in many civilian airplanes, military airplanes, and military helicopters. Still, I have not seen anything like this. I do not know what it was. I arrived at Ft. Ord at 11:45pm the next day. The NCO on duty told me I made it with only 15-minutes to spare. I never mentioned this encounter with anyone until 3-years after I left the army. Almost forgot, I encountered this flying object at the southwest corner of New Mexico traveling west.
