I do this every night. I feel awake but I know im sleeping. I make choice and i see them through so then we I wake up if I have something similar happen it feels familiar and that fear that would come from my subconscious is easily dealt with.

Wait sleeping and being awake i have done this before

So grateful for Joe. A lifelong learner, I have made it a project to upgrade my life/brain/emotions. Recently, I had a magnificent meditation. In this Joe-guided trance, I believe I stimulated my pineal gland. I like to think of it as a pineal kiss. I had tried it several times over a couple of weeks, drawing energy up, squeezing it as you go up to your gland behind the roof of your mouth area, to no avail. A few days ago, it happened. It's fairly indescribable, but I will try. I felt a soft, safe explosion, followed by a warm glowing light from within my brain while I could hear a sizzle and crackle. I laughed out loud without coming out of my meditation. The vivid colors flashing through my consciousness created such joy in me. I remember thinking, how awesome that the warm Universal NRG was coming from within me and enveloping me as well. Happy doesn't seem quite enough here: I'm ever so grateful for you, Dr. Joe D and my pineal gland, and... Thanks.
