What about if you have like 10 pages for example that we need to file do you upload page by page?

(Example same like when you write an email and you attached like 6 pdf pages is it like that pretty much?)

This is a really helpful video to learn how to do something that is very simple. However, it is not applicable in all federal courts, as some federal courts in some states do not allow pro se parties to use PACER to file documents. This information should be added to the video, perhaps in a pop-up notice, stating that some federal courts still do not allow pro se parties to use PACER to file documents and advising people to check with the court they want to file in to see if it allows pro se parties to use PACER to file documents.

Does registering or logging in too late or early automatically mean that It wont accept your log-in? I need this in a relatively timely manner due to the state workforce commision trying to force me into a ABA (which meets the definition of psychological torture, I'll get to that later) by refusing all other services and like 3 disability related cases that disability rights texas either refused to take on, or their lawyers are booked. As for what I've mentioned, I'm well-aware that I should exhaust mediation or risk my case getting thrown out. I'll start the process of that, maybe towards the end of the year and for some crooked reason, they force you to physically mail in the complaint form and I can't email them to start the official process which may just be a simple way to weed out people too anxious to physically come there or simply those who have too many spoons full to take that public outing (its an autistic term for social burnout, look it up.)

According to the wikipedia article on psychological torture: "Many forms of psychological torture methods attempt to destroy the subject's normal self-image" this being forcing an autistic person to act neurotypical or therapy is going to be all day such as not accepting communication differences or Ignoring non-verbal communication with planned Ignoring being a first resort for any misbehaviors or even honest mistakes if the therapist is crueler than usual "by removing them from any kind of control over their environment, isolation, monopolising of perception, impression of almightiness," I believe the above that I stated matches what I've describe with the only reprieve is over the top praise to attempt to create more positive behaviors but even the autistic person know that real people won't praise them that much but would also not Ignore them or punish them as much as a ABA therapist would do. Btw, this is also how gay conversion therapy works which is outlawed everywhere except certain parts of the deep south because if successful, gay people would have no differentiating behaviors.

So there is no need for a pro se litigant to add a 'certificate of service' and upload that as well as the main document when using the filing service? Is that correct?

i.e. have you had a problem with filing without a 'certificate of service?' Just checking because I filed an amended complaint electronically but didn't know about ''certificate of service'. However, the judge answered anyway (to deny defendants previous motion based on my amended complaint) and the Notice of Electronic Filing emails were sent to everyone.

Hi have question I who's responsible to serve the Defendant's after the motion to proceed in forma paupperis is approved and the case is opened. I can't afford to serve. So my question is does the court order them to be served. I live in Texas.
