could you please tell me What does the Irish table have to do with Ireland?
ОтветитьWhat gloves and shoes do y’all recommend for the race
ОтветитьWow Thanks for the video! I plan to participate the BEAST on next weekend!
ОтветитьWhat GoPro setup are you using for the head view?? I’m doing the beast 21K in Atlanta in March and would really like to document it in the perspective you have here! If anyone else has recommendations I’ll take them! I like that pad protection it looks like you have.
ОтветитьAny tips on how to do mountain Beasts as an OCR elf? 5’0” tall, about 95lbs and just did Blue Mountain (Ontario) with a partner. The atlas balls, bucket carry, and high circumference bars always are a struggle for me at Spartans, but the mountainous terrain there almost took me out😦no terrain like that here in SE Michigan.
ОтветитьGreat video. I'm assuming you guys ran Open?
ОтветитьWhat I’m learning is my noodle arms need some work, especially being a short person 😅
ОтветитьThanks for this video! I'm running the Beast in September at Killington! Are the OCR Kings going to be in attendance?! Would love to meet you guys and say hello!
ОтветитьI appreciate the video, but the poking of the bell? Why..
ОтветитьThis is really helpful as a prepare for this years.
ОтветитьThank you for Sharing! Doing the beast mode next month. It looks a lot more fun than I thought. Makes me less nervous. How many people can be in a team?
ОтветитьThe Tarzan is the only thing that worries me. I've done almost everything else.
ОтветитьLove the video’s! They helped me complete my first ultra this weekend. I noticed you had 2 recommendations for gloves in the comments above. Do you wear different gloves for different obstacles or just different preferences for the gloves you each like?
ОтветитьI signed up for this and the Super. Kind of odd that the Beast will be a day before the Super. The only thing I am worried about is the burpees. It was semi manageable for the Sprint. 13 miles alone is tough. I guess I will just pace myself.
ОтветитьI'm a 63 year old Retired US Army Nurse, woman, and doing my first Spartan Sprint this summer! What kind of watch are you wearing during the race? Just curious because I'd like to get one, but am afraid of getting something not tough enough! Thanks!
ОтветитьGreat video, thanks for sharing👏🏻
ОтветитьAwesome!
ОтветитьLove From India 🇮🇳❤️
ОтветитьI'll be experiencing my first beast in Dallas tomorrow. Thanks for the motivation.
Ответитьthanks guys, i just printed screenshots for the beast near dallas this weekend, a big assist for planning, appreciate all your effort to make these!
ОтветитьWhat are some tips for a Spartan Race? I'm doing my first one, also a Beast, Saturday in Dallas.
ОтветитьFantastic!👍👍
ОтветитьAmazingly great video!
ОтветитьThat's some HUGE elevation!
ОтветитьOutstanding!
ОтветитьWondering why the many restrictions and obstacles bans in other countries, like in Spain. Informing runner with less than a week to claim anything. Scammers!!
ОтветитьWhat was your times??
ОтветитьGreat video, The ape hanger looks brutal. What type of gloves were you using in the twister? Hope to see you at the Dallas Ultra!
ОтветитьAwesome video!! This was my first ever Spartan race!
Ответить3 sections of Twister!! Yikes!!
Ответитьhow could anyone thumbs down? morons...
ОтветитьThanks for posting.excellent videos. Hey guys don tknow if you remember i ask some tip about how to do the Beast. Well i dd it a beast and a Sprint last week end in Indiana. You are right , to do alot of running thanks a lot . I finished both im so sore ,but its great and had a lot of fun. Thanks for the tip and advice.
ОтветитьI want to do this! I can’t commit to the training. I’m so freaking weak sometimes. I need to motivate myself but I can’t seem to find it. Much respect to all of you that make it thru.
ОтветитьVey nice. This is one of my bucket list races.
ОтветитьGreat video, looks fantastic! You guys look like you are having fun out there!
Ответитьdoing my first ever Spartan race in May next year - what weights are the different carries?
ОтветитьWas this Tahoe?
ОтветитьThanks for the footage, this now a bucket list race.
ОтветитьGreat video guys, as usual! That elevation gain/loss looked like a monster, wow! Does the Killington Beast ever include a 10-foot wall? I saw this monstrosity at the Dallas Beast in 2018 and this year for the Hawaii Beast (at the top of a steep hill in the middle of the jungle, no less...)
ОтветитьThanks for posting. I’ve seen other Killington videos, but I consider you guys’ as the official race walk-through.
ОтветитьNice technique on the Bender. I’ll have to study that closely before my race; I can do it but it ain’t pretty!
Ответить7100 feet? Worse than Big Bear Beast? And did they really have a Burpee Zone right under the Slip Wall? Watch your video closely 🤣
ОтветитьI'm the a frame volunteer
ОтветитьI’m bummed that I didn’t get to meet you guys. I was volunteering at the registration tent on Saturday and then they transferred me to the water station at the finish line. It was cool/intimidating to see the racers after they crossed the finish line because they were absolutely exhausted. I raced it on Sunday and it was my first beast. I failed some of the upper body obstacles, but I had a great time. I hope that I can run the course as cleanly as you guys do someday.
ОтветитьGreat job guys! Thanks for sharing. Could you explain the technique you used for #19 Vertical Cargo? I’ve seen people end up flat on their back on the ground attempting it.
ОтветитьI thought that Spartan was going to start making race distances match up with the 5K (Sprint) 10K (Super) 21K (Beast). Looks like this one for you guys exceeded the 21K; what are you seeing for other races?
ОтветитьAwesome video guys! I was supposed to run the sprint there but pulled my hamstring about a week before. I was devastated not being up there. I did some ocr training this morning and was finally able to run lightly. I definitely want to do the Ultra there next year. 👊🏻💪🏻🇺🇲
ОтветитьI saw me! Great job guys!
ОтветитьCould you go backwards on twister if you wanted
Ответить
