Shelby, can you please talk about longevity and age reversal that scientists are working on? I think people should invest in this industry. a world without death is nicer and prettier for sure. Please do us a favor and talk about it. thank you
ОтветитьI did this flying out of Essex Montana last month, and they offered me 1000 to take the later flight.
ОтветитьTips: bring your own water bottle, packing cubes are a must, make sure your passport won’t expire within 6 months, book shoulder seasons, use plastic shower caps on your shoes, take a food tour on first night in a new city. Travel Now, Travel Often!
ОтветитьWow🎉
ОтветитьI like the puffer jacket/pillow tip. Very creative & easy to do.
ОтветитьMore videos like this please ✨
Ответитьi wouldn't be surprised if shelby's name gets on some delta ''watch list'' after this video 😁
Ответитьyou look better without the lipstick
ОтветитьWhat is it with European train stations not having elevators? There's a shocking lack of accessibility. I may just take a backpack with wheels on my next trip since I will be in a bunch of different locations. I like rolling and compression bags more than vacuum bags where you have to carry a vacuum, but it totally makes sense for ski clothes.
ОтветитьUh oh … I was clicking on the “equipment I use” link and it came back with “something went wrong”
Ответитьive never heard of the puffer in a pillowcase hack, but man thats such a smart hack!! ive been realizing not every flight will give pillows so thats such a good way to have a pillow without needing a neck pillow
ОтветитьAmex platinum is $695
ОтветитьI think Clear depends on what your home airport is. It has saved me a lot of time + it’s free if you have the Amex Platinum!
Also if you’re getting TSA Pre, you might as well get Global Entry (because it includes it). The interview is hard to get, but you can do a quick one “on arrival” the next time you’re flying internationally.
I LOVE the idea of vacuum sealing your clothing. When I travel by myself, I make it a point to not use carry on luggage and this idea will help a ton.
ОтветитьThe travel hack I use is booking through my company. If you work in corporate America you can probably do this too. I book my personal travel through my company's travel service (using my personal card) and the flight prices are often cheaper. There are other perks depending on the airline/hotel chain/rental car company. For Delta I get priority boarding, free priority seats, and higher chances of getting upgrades.
ОтветитьWear a hoodie with a front pouch. It works great to put stuff in while going through the airport or when your are on the plane. Also if you get cold on the plane, you can put the hood on.
Ответитьcan you link your one shoulder shirt - love it on you
ОтветитьGlobal entry is an even better deal if you travel at all internationally. Its $100 for 5 years and also includes TSA Precheck :)
ОтветитьOr if you have a Govt issued TWIC card, you automatically get TSA precheck
ОтветитьShelby, I appreciate your travel hacks video. I was wondering what you were saying about the overbooked flights scenario, and in that case what if you had a connecting flight? How do you? How would you deal with that? Are there generally other connecting flights, and similar times, or do you just have to have like an open window of when you arrive
ОтветитьI'll add that while TSA preck is $80/yr, some airports offer FREE prechecks! Take SEA SPOT SAVER -its free! I have done this and there are no lines the times I've used it. Bypass everyone. Other airports may have similar program on their websites. All you do is go on the website b4 a flight, pick the time you will show up and they give you a mobile reservation, you show it at the designated roped off line and your through, get to pass everyone!
ОтветитьMagic word: “Free”
ОтветитьFirst class upgrade strategy is new and interesting to me. Thank you!!! 😊
ОтветитьWould you share your Rakuten link please?!?! Thanks for the video!! 🤗
ОтветитьI recently learned and started to use that pillowcase idea. Now it is a great comfort-booster and a really nice extra for my travels. I keep my winter jacket as a filler but if going to and from warmer destinations then it is one of my laundry bags
ОтветитьCool vid, that Free First Class Upgrades was a tough section with just opening up with “get status” and not explaining how status works for airlines. Not an easy task and people who get status would not find the rest of the “tip” useful.
ОтветитьWhere is the link for hack #7?!
ОтветитьJust a heads up if your a CDL driver and have your TWIC card you get TSA pre check, its one of the numbers on the back of your card. Ive used it like 3 times and its worked each time.
ОтветитьIt’s a promotional video 😅
ОтветитьTSA Pre-check is a MUST!!
It’s made security such a breeze since getting it!
Thanks for all the great tips, Shelby!
Those lounges aren’t free, you’re paying minimum $600 a year to use them.
ОтветитьI always bring an empty water bottle when I travel. Bottled water at the airport is so expensive. I’ve always been told that when researching flights, use an incognito browser. Lastly, if you’re not picky about the airline, sometimes flying with 2 different companies can save you $.
ОтветитьIt’s not free, you pay for annual fees😊
Ответитьyour equipment link isn't working correctly.
Ответитьthis wander is my favorite you’ve shown yet 🤩
ОтветитьIt's pronounced, rack u ten
ОтветитьI always wondered about the TSA precheck so maybe I'll give that a go! My favorite travel hacks are using the packing cubes AND the hand held weigher for your bag. I just stick the little hand held scale thing in the front of my bag and I always know that I'm good on weight when I check my bag. :)
ОтветитьI volunteered to get bumped from CHI to LAX and got $1,200 credit, which covered a trip to Europe. What I didn’t know… if they need multiple volunteers and they have to keep raising the incentive, all volunteers get the highest amount. Our flight started at $500, and kept going up. I had to stay overnight, so I also got a hotel room at a Hilton and food vouchers. It was great, but you have to be flexible.
ОтветитьWander looks amazing - will definitely check them out for future vacation house options. As far as travel hacks - if you are traveling with kids Southwest can be a great option once you get the companion pass (lots of travel hacking strategies out there to get it easily) which then lets you have a free companion for every flight you purchase for up to 2 years (depending on when you earn it). Plus you have all the points from getting the companion pass to use up… we are currently at 5 fully paid for flights for a family of 4 using this travel hacking strategy which has saved us thousands.
ОтветитьYOU are the best Shelby!! Thank youuuu!!!! Wishing you and your family a wonderful Christmas and prosperity in the new year!!!
ОтветитьI LOVE precheck just for not having to take off my shoes or belt!! I've seen people go though security with their bare feet since they had to take their shoes off 🤢
One of my travel tips is to bring an empty reusable bottle, or at least an empty bottle through security. Most airports have water bottle fillers after security so you don't need to spend $5+ on a bottle of water!
tip #2 only useful until we rediscover the egyptian tech that enables us to remove and add the space particles in items XD
ОтветитьOh I didn't know about the free global entry / tsa precheck no annual fee credit cards, thanks!
Ответить❤
Ответитьis this travel for inside USA only? can u do a europe asia or worldwide version pls
ОтветитьWhitefish is amazing! Hope you had a great time!
