I never heard this song till my best friend unfortunately took his own life. His family put together a slideshow of him growing up with several songs and this was the last song. Now eveeytime I hear it I start to tear upt thinking of the good times we had together.

My wife is in the hospital, she’s having complications with our 3rd child. I never felt so alone and separated from who I am because she’s not here. She’s my rock and she’s my life. My husband of 48 years died this year. His ashes were scattered in the Chesapeake Bay and our celebration of his life ended at the firepit on the beach on the Rappahanock River July 4th with this song. Thank you Randy Travis.
