I am still stuck in the set up process: when giving the app the read and write permission, I also have to specify a Callback URI / Redirect URL and a Website URL. This information is required. What do I have to enter there? I have neither a Callback URI nor a website to refer to.

You currently have Essential access which includes access to Twitter API v2 endpoints only. If you need access to this endpoint, youÆll need to apply for Elevated access via the Developer Portal.
