And then she SLAMED HER DOOR IN THE END?!!! Once this instructor started being rude I would have automatically failed due to me being equally disrespectful and kicking her Karen behind right up out of my car. She would've had to walk back to work! I would've been fine with failing and going to another DMV close by the next day. This is a perfect example of MISERABLE! The driver didn't deserve that energy.

I just failed mine today smh 🤦‍♂️ my examiner acted like she was a drill sergeant. She kept calling me sir but it felt super contradictory. Took off a ton of points after she brought me to some weirdly placed stop signs miles behind the actual stop LINE/intersection. I got some other points off for picky miscellaneous stuff

I really hate how these examiners react, they are literally taking a test, please do not make them nervous. If anything just tell them about it calmly. I passed mine today but the examiner was super stressed about me, I was driving extremely carefully and he told me that I wasn't checking enough of the road. I waited on a left turn and he literally yelled at me for yielding way too much of the road and I should just go. Basically the entire time it was super agitating for me but somehow I passed at the end. I don't even know how that happened but I passed. Trust me guy, my examiner was the worst literally.

I had critical errors 2nd times already. One red light turn right without completely stop,2nd time was I'm not allowed the sing with keep clear . I'm idiot and super nervous in the diving test.

Took mine yesterday and passed! This examiner is horrible and miserable, no need to be yelling at this poor girl like that’s she’s just trying to be cautious😑😑😑 I hope she got a better examiner the second time around…

I failed three times with the SAME test instructor. he was so mean and gave me so much anxiety. i am so happy i did not get him when i did pass because i most likely wouldn’t have passed since i needed minor help with parallel parking and my amazing test instructor i had helped me!

I remeber taking my firstever driving test in south la and my examiner was a straight ass hole by yelling and telling me to turn when i couldnt and made me turn and then the asshole fail me and i drove back to the dmv and told it to get the fuck out my car and then i end up passing with a nice instructor

I didn’t pass today but I rescheduled. One critical error and no other errors. I’m a little upset by this tester. I feel like the driver was just checking for traffic and did not enter traffic. When I was parking my tester barked at me for not parking as I was parking 😅.

I passed my test yesterday on Friday, it was my first try!!!! Yay! I made 12 mistakes!! Not tooo bad! I did better than my brother! Thank you for the videos you put out. It has helped relax my anxiety by A LOT!! I am very thankful that you have these video. And thank you to the people that are submitting the video and helping us first timer or multi timers!! Don't trust the numbers. Worry about the leniency of the examiners. One mall employee I talked to said that San Pedro is a simple test. Just up the hill and back to the DMV. Torrance has tight residential streets. Not just in Old Torrance (where the DMV is located), but Harbor Gateway* (some tests).

*I took the test in Torrance in November 2021. I failed as I was not familiar with Denker Av in the direction of the church and the car wash, which narrows. I found out about it too late. I knew where and when the examiner grabbed the wheel. Just past the two buildings. When I tell people about what happened at Torrance withbthe intersection of Carson and Denker, they believed that I turned right in the direction of McDonald's and Circus Donuts. My instructor on my fourth test thought so when I told her before leaving for Hawthorne.

Weird how she had a tone then magically didn't after she knew she failed. There was nothing wrong with the construction zone the cones were all over the place. Lady shouldn't have a job.

Passed yesterday took my test at 9:20 am was the first tester of the day and the test was pretty quick since it was empty and mostly greens and some reds but mostly yields so it was great lol ! Excited

So many road test examiners have such a nasty attitude. I understand it's a pretty stressful job, but they're not helping matters by making the driver so much more anxious.

To anyone out there worrying about taking the test don’t trip about it I failed my first two test attempts for small but critical things first was some cyclist flew past me at a stop sign and second was a school zone speed issue but at the third try I got it just practice plenty and stay calm and you’ll get it

I've had a tough time trying to pass my driving test 😢 It seems like I always have bad luck with the supervisors or maybe I'm just not doing well. I didn’t pass because of one major mistake and one minor. The major mistake was that I was going above the speeding limit and the other a rolling stop. What I don’t fucking get is that my uncle literally went over the damn fucking speed limit multiple times according to his words plus going on the lane where only bikes are allowed to enter. Tf is this double ass standard

The examiner is so rude. There is a much nicer way she can go about making comments on a test if she feels it is necessary. She was only making the driver more nervous. She is a karen

Failed my first try two days ago because I didn’t yield to a car that was pulled over in front of the DMV. No idea why it was considered a critical error but oh well, I got a critical error before I even left the DMV lot. Rest of the drive was smooth but no point. Second attempt in 3 days!

After failing my driving test twice, I finally got my license without having to retake the test. I noticed that many instructors seem to fail students on purpose, probably because it lines their pockets when we have to come back for another try. To get around this, I decided to contact a private licensed DMV attorney who assisted me in writing a letter to request a provisional license. Thanks to the help, my provisional license was delivered right to my mailbox box which isn’t much different from an official license.

I don't understand instructors that get pissy as soon as a student makes an error, the driver was doing fine that whole time and as soon as she makes her FIRST mistake the instructor gets rude. You know as an instructor (or at least, you should know because its common sense) that a driver taking their driving test is still fairly new on the road, and you also know that they're nervous which would most likely cause them to make even more mistakes than they normally do when practicing..so why would you be so quick tempered with them? You should expect minor errors every now and then on a driving test. I understand if the person is driving recklessly, but to be annoyed because they're the smallest bit too far to one side is ridiculous. No wonder the girl got anxious and made that critical error later on.

Almost 25 years ago that I passed my driver’s test for my license to drive. It was my 2nd test. I failed the first one by a couple of points in mid November 1999. I did practice for a month which it did helped me in passing. I was driving my 1st car on those 2 driving tests. My car was a 1998 Ford Contour SE in light denim blue. It was a good first car.

Brakes are too rough... PFF!! My examiner didn't have to intervene when I applied the brakes a bit too hard... why? That was because due to my long legs, my driving instructor owns a Sedan. Fortunately enough, I got myself 7 errors for only that one issue, and passed.

Yeah this girl got a really bad examiner for her test, I guarantee you that woman was stressing the poor girl out and that made her make errors she wouldn’t have otherwise made, especially as a new driver. Frankly though the placement of those cones was also ridiculously stupid, I would’ve been confused myself had I encountered that while driving.
