ОтветитьOmg you men know that this game is the shit, yes this game is older than me, yes my mom got me into it and yes i also do like black coffe how did you know.
Ответитьtsk tsk places hands on hips now this isn't how I play this video game at all !
ОтветитьIs a good game. league of legends for instance is a mega company with 202929 patches. And Katarina kayn etc still 1 shot your ass
Ответитьgotta upgrade the elves first, or just after money buildings :D doubleshot is OP
ОтветитьStill best Game ever
ОтветитьNecropolis necromancy diplomacy is op you just keep getting skeletons and they do 3 damage but when you have a stack of 200 it kills anything instantly that and lichs are op
ОтветитьSpam wait at the beginning of your turn.
ОтветитьToo much sticking in stock photos of random people. it's not funny it's annoying
Ответитьstupid stock photos for no reason
Ответитьmade it 5 whole minutes in but i can't continue. you're just too annoying and unfunny.
ОтветитьA guy with nearly no knowledge of any of those HMM games tells nonsense about some stipulated "unbalance" that each and every party in the game has the potential availability to use - which... wait... makes it automatically "balanced" in itself by the mere fact of said balanced availability for each and every party.
To stipulate that in a game like "Scissors, Paper, Stone" one of the potentially selectable options would present an "unbalance" because it would always beat one of the other selectable options - well... - is simply stupid.
As each party in the game can freely chose from all available perks and all available perks are available to each and every party, there is no such thing as "unbalance" of one of those perks.
IF somebody - like this "spiffing brit" - WANTS to show some "secret superpower" with this (or any other) perk, he is well invited to do it in any duel like session. You will see how "overpowered" he is in relation to any adversary at the moment they meet on the battle field.
Just to ride another few miles on this horse (german speaking for being penetrant in a matter)... By collecting a multitude of creature stacks of different "alignments" (maybe that spiffing brit doesn't even know what "alignments" in this game mean) your army gets critical debuffs by "morale" (i'm pretty sure the spiffing brit doesn't know the meaning of that either), and even possibly gets slowed down on the adventure map (thus being debuffed against all adversaries in multiple vectors). And since the number of places for creatures in an army is limited, most times you stumble upon neutral diplomatically collectible stacks, you simply have no choice than to abandon either those creature or some of those you already have with you. If you watch some naive players (like that spiffing brit) try to use said diplomacy, you regularly see them achieving nothing, just circling through evenly useless collections of mutually debuffing and outbraking each other tiny stacks of randomly unmatching creatures.
Just to ride another few miles on this horse... What the spiffing brit is showing here in this example is a gameplay in the second easiest settings that the game has to offer - one for true beginners, or naivlings, in case they are out of the beginners pants. Since the usage of said "diplomacy" has the precondition of already having an "overwhelmingly strong" army (on that is multiple times (!) stronger than the enemy against which said "diplomacy" shall become executed), just alone to REACH that point were you could START to use that perk is a challenge to get to. IF - as in this case with the spiffing brit - a naive player would thoroughly rely on this one perk, all other competing players would long before him have conquered the map (and overrun him), because by skillfully using the huge amount of those "Scissors, Paper, Stone" - relations, players can win fights long before they get to the scale of "overwhelmingly strong army" in the first place. Thus, infantile and naive players can scew up even such a "mighty unbalanced" perk like diplomacy.
Just to ride another few miles on this horse... To just get to the point where said diplomacy perk kicks in action, you would have to be AT LEAST as skillfully conquering your surroundings as all other competitors on the map, since if you don't, you will never get to that point before being overrun by the others. And while doing so, you have to achieve that goal while reserving perk investment places for said diplomacy perks. Since perk placed are limited, you would have to give up possible other perks that would help you (and certainly help your adversaries) in the building up phase of the game, while those "diplomacy" perks being COMPLETELY useless until you reach the point of being "overwhelmingly strong". Thus to just be able to come to the point of "overwhelmingly strong army" while using less perks than all other adversaries (who are possibly not THAT naive - get it?), you would have to show exceptionally good abilities in tactical fighting. Which - as you can easily see in this video - does not apply to the spiffing brit.
ONLY IF you play the game on the easy settings against the AI, it may occasionally present the impression on the naive player that this perk presents some unbalanced superiority. To fight against an "AI" that is nothing other than a limited algorithm (and even without learning abilities, as it is still nowadays in 99,9% of all games) and on top of that with a difficulty settings that crucially hinders the AI and boosts the (assumed naive beginner) player, does in no way show any skill of this spiffing brit in this game. Sorry.
you played in a way too big resolution
ОтветитьStill one of the best games to exist
ОтветитьI played homm3 with my uncle when u was really young and just yesterday i bought the game for myself
ОтветитьПидр
ОтветитьYes diplomatic Power
Ответить"there is no way of knowing the amount of troops in the enemy hero"
Ответитьthis is the only game i played for more than 24hrs straight, OMG
Ответитьplaying this game since, well, eternity and it was fun to watch you slaughter everything about the game :)
ОтветитьVery heavy humor...🤢😲
ОтветитьI only made it through about 4 minutes of this terrible narration. Do you really have to make it so annoyingly convoluted? meh
Ответитьoh ya now i remeber Hota developers saw your video and balanced diplomancy yet they did not balance eagle eye whyyyyy.
ОтветитьI've always since i played homm2 16 years ago, clicked NO when enemy scatters. Have i played the game wrongly all this time?
ОтветитьAnd this is why everyone plays HoMMIII HoTA instead of the base game heh
ОтветитьGod I just got a flashback to 2008 where my dad and I would sit and play this game for hours. What a nostalgia trip.
Ответить@Spiff - I bet you one ENTIRE cup of tea that you can't exploit the community mod for HOMM3, called "Horn of the Abyss" to get a win on 200% difficulty
In addition to a whole suite of quality of life changes, it also has bug fixes and balance changes that the competitive community wanted.
If I must give you this tea, good sir, let it at least be in exchange for some TRULY DELIGHTFUL EXPLOITS
yooo for years my uncle kept trying to tell me about this game but i have never seen it till now gg
Ответитьi'm by no means an expert at this game, but this was a bit painful to watch...
just... keep one empty slot in your army ? instead of discarding entire stacks of units every time something marginally better comes up.
Adela is a "Castle" hero, so if you want to play as the Castle faction with diplomancy, you now know
ОтветитьYou call it "exploiting," HoM players call it "playing properly."
ОтветитьDiplomacy is great...if you want an expensive mishmash of an army with random lowlevel units
ОтветитьOMG. I've been playing this game for at least 15 years. NOT regularly, mind you. Seldom, actually. But I never had a clue about ANY of this! 😲 D'oh!
Do I want to know more? YES, please.
M 🦘🏏😎
I'm the guy who likes HoMM4 more. Yeah, HiMM3 is great, but HoMM 4 is better. ^^
ОтветитьHero's Hour has a diplomacy skill aswell... combined with the plunder skill its also utterly broken. Autofight, buy units, collect constantly dropped gold on the way to the next fight, rinse and repeat. :D
ОтветитьI really like the spiffing brit... but this was not well researched. maybe he could let someone who knows the game read and correct his script for games he is not familiar with
ОтветитьEnglish breakfast tea here. Hope im not getting lynched.
Best game during my tweens. After fallout and diablo one, not two not three fucking one
meanwhile I am just - naaah I'll slaughter you, since I want experience points...
ОтветитьThe necromancer is one of the best free skeletons army raise back from the dead any battle... I guess
ОтветитьIs there any. Exploits on novastorm from psygnosis or one must fall 2097 from epic mega games, please? Thanks
ОтветитьIt's 2022 and i still don't know if he was sponsored or not 🤣
ОтветитьThe fuck are you doing on my nostalgia dive?
ОтветитьI love heroes of might and magic 4 and I'm kinda sad to see that u only made 1 for homm3 and 1 of homm5 would love to see a homm4
ОтветитьThis might work on a small map, but it will not work on a bigger map.
Don't forget, if you have a creature from different "army" all your army gets -morale… if you have great morale you can have extra turn, but bad morale causes you to lose your turn
phe... try to exploit it in the real fight on baratorch servers. no chance
ОтветитьBtw where do you get the complete edition?
ОтветитьWow, not taking Kyrre as your 2nd hero? SERIOUSLY? The best you can find for rapid movement and you take sucktastic Gretchin instead...
And you're absurdly wasteful with troops. Really, offload troops to other heroes instead of just dismissing them!
500XP? The screen said 5 THOUSAND, lol.
And you're really not showing how amazingly good the game actually is.
I got it when it was released and it's one of the few games i still play.
And thanks to the community-made extensions/mods, there are lots of additional options.
And the campaigns are actually fun to play. And the ability to make your own campaigns is a WONDERFUL bonus.
I played M&M 2, I think. Was 2 a DOS game? Or was that the 1st one? Well whatever.
