Yvette should be getting out of prison in the next year or so. They don't have parole in FL, so she would've had to serve the whole 17 year sentence.

This was an exceptionally good episode. The detective facilitated an admission from an apparently remorseful perpetrator by utilizing kindness and fatherly understanding. Quite a departure from the usual situation.
