I was interested, just rough if you’re a NPC competitor. Cool to have your own league but would be dope if there was some type of NPC collab.

Try New York or Boston area east coast needs something like this.

Unfortunately for a lot of people these days, as you know, prices and economy really hurting things. And some find it very hard to get time off work. Things will balance out have faith.

Come to australia and ill be the promoter :) Australia doesnt have any other comps that do well that are not tested and not IFBB which sucks. One of the best up and coming australian gym photographers competed in summer shredding last year in Texas. Im sure he would be in too ;)

Don't stress it will be okay! Don't be too hard on yourself, just move forward from this and make it better next time! Pick some other States with people that have more fitness interest how about Florida, Colorado, California... Good Luck!!!💙

Pricing is slightly out for me. I was interested until the pricing, Memberships are like 40-50 for the season/year here and then 40-50 per show or was when I did my only show year before covid. maybe do a summer shredding membership as well ? then people can pay for shows seperate ? may get more take up ?

Love the extra show its needed and one I would compete in if you do a UK show.

Tbh the promotion and marketing were not there for Chicago. Based out of Chicago and absolutely would have done it if I knew earlier about it. I found out about it randomly from ads about a week ago which left not enough time to prep. This sucks because I had entered to do 2020 Summer Shredding and that got nixed due to the pandemic and now that it was finally in Chicago, I had no idea about it until it was too late. Please please please reconsider Chicago again next year with amble lead time and marketing! Good luck to all of this years competitors in Houston and Toronto, I will see you all next year 💪

I would put the focus on doing a few shows a year. Let's say hypothetically 1/3 shows a year in places that work well. Houston is an obvious choice because you personally built that fitness community. I would have Houston be the biggest show, and the last show.

The first show I would do somewhere in Florida another great location for bodybuilding. Also don't sleep on your connections, CBum is in Florida and having him be a judge or holding a meet and greet with him as a guest would really bring in the bodybuilding community.

Then in the middle i would do Toronto. Same concept man don't sleep on who you know. Jeff Nippard & Will Tennyson are around those parts.

All in all though i think something done well a few times a year is more exciting and has better potential for being built up to become a household name.

Los Angeles would be a great city as your west coast show. Not many shows happening here specifically, and great bodybuilding + creator culture with Gold's Venice and the handful of other gyms such as Zoo and John Reeds. Will be great for those local to Los Angeles (and also San Diego/San Jose/Vegas which have huge bodybuilding culture), and also plenty of reasons for competitors to want to travel to do the show but also explore the city afterwards during their stay.

Any plans to do one in Vancouver Canada?

Just saying that’s kinda pre mature. Most athletes don’t register until 4-5 weeks out because of the possibility of injury. I really think this is jumping the gun.

Hard decisions! Plus when athletes are encouraged to not sign up for shows until closer to show date, I’m sure it’s really hard to gauge if there’s enough competitors. The league has legs. Keep pushing 🫶🏼

Post in gyms and supplement shops in the cities!! Research the area and post there with flyers. Could easily work with gyms and could help the gyms with trainers working with clients that already go there. It’s a win win for both you and the gym

Love Christian and no hate here just something I’ve noticed since the switch to this new channel. The hype has really just died. Idk if it’s just me or what. But, I feel like the momentum has really slowed down for Christians brand and the other brands associated with it.

Don’t be so hard on yourself about having to cancel a show! How can one person give 100% to 4+ companies? They can’t! Not at a quality that feels authentic to them and their vision! Maybe pick 1 or 2 to focus on… exa Alphalete and Alphaland… otherwise accept you’ll have more failures in every company because you don’t have enough time and all the right people in place at each company to be successful when you’re more hands-off. You can’t expect so much when you and your companies are spread too thin and reaching too far too faat

Insanely fast expansion is not always successful! You tested and now you know you’ve got to go slower. It’s a learning opportunity! I know you’re a dream big kind of guy, but not everything is going to be wildly successful immediately.
