This is all well and good. My electric bill has gone from 200 a month to 350 to 500 now it is around 700 a month. I live in a 900 square foot house. In one month I received a bill for 2300 dollars. How about instead of telling you what good you are doing you explain and then refund some of this money. I have not changed anything that I use from the 200 dollars a month to the now 700 a month. It might be a good idea if you actually read a meter. So please next time you talk talk about giving us some of our money back. Thanks.

So what you are telling us is that the system is still broken, it may be awhile before it gets fixed if ever, but don't expect any rebates from overcharges because that will never happen. Thanks. I figured as much.

Such BS! They don’t care! I have been on the phone for hours trying to get answers and after literally over one year I’m told that there wasn’t a problem with my billing. I lay 740 a month on a budget plan and when my budget month came up they told me I owed the another 3800.00. How could this be? Crooks!!

Yup BS, We cut back kept the Heat way down unplugged things and Used less Electric and Gas and still my Budget went up AGAIN!! Because they also upped the Delivery changes along with everything else.. Just not fair!

Too bad the experience doesn't match the rhetoric. The customer facing billing system is archaic and obsolete in functionality, and erratic in performance.

Instead of upping our rates and providing crappy service, why don't you spend some money to upgrade the metering system? NO MORE ESTIMATE BILLING. Charge me for what I use not what you think I use. With today's technology, every meter should be connected via WiFi directly to the Central Hudson billing system that way I get charged for exactly what I use. Since you were bought out, the only thing you care about is making a profit. As a monopoly, you should be and will be held to a higher standard. Make the system work for the people of the Hudson Valley or step aside and let someone else do it. Please use technology to show us how much you care about fair and just billing and providing a level of service that leaves no questions about who you serve.

So it seems like we all have to pay double and triple because your stupid system didn't work and caused all of us frustration costing more money taking away from our families and all you have to say sorry another cartoon no value add trying to run the company they are all the same all they care about their families and bank balances. Not poor residents who lost a lot already very sad.
