ONE HEALTH | Uniting Human, Animal, and Environmental Health

"One Health" is a growing, global movement seeking to unite human, animal and environmental health research, education and practice. Students, faculty and staff at Texas A&M University are dedicated to taking a leading role in "One Health" through cutting-edge research, educational opportunities, community outreach and more. Dr. Bhanu Chowdhary, associate dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, defines "One Health" and discusses how research in one species can translate to another.
