ОтветитьIve been doing this we exercise daily since almost a year, and it works like heaven for me. But one thing I've noticed is rhat since rhis is a full body workout, people tend to suggest me to not do these 3-4 times a weak instead of everyday because they say my muscles need time to endure the strains. Should I lessen my routine or continue doing what ive been doing?

I’m not gonna lie the minute I saw bear hold and the preview I thought this is going to be the easiest part of the work out. Once I got to it, collapsed and couldn’t get back up after a 4 minute nap🤣

ОтветитьDay 1 : This was the most difficult thing I never did 😭😭😭 Most of the exercises I couldnt do it right and I stop for every move I did..
Day 2 : Worst day because I did exercises yesterday so I couldnt even move my legs It hurt. But I didnt give up (Well kinda because I was doing 30 sec breaks after each moves but yeah I was so tired) And I still couldnt do every move right

1. Oh dear I made that noise?
2. Flashbacks to when I was a teenager and attempted to shop at Wet Seal (it's the music that is played in this video that brings me back )
3. Rinse repeat?

Ответитьday 1: flip flapping exhausted bruh wtf
day 2: I wasn't sore which kinda concerns me because I feel I should be getting sore idk why
day 3: hex nah bruh I think I did worse then the first two days💀 but ill still TRY to do this every day so I can be John cena
day 4: I was pretty sore from yesterday. Also I ended up doing a 10 min squat workout because I didn't wanna do this lol but I will tomorrow
day 5: had a ball tournament all day so I didn't have time
day 6: still exhausted lol. did a 10 min squat workout after this to make up loss time from yesterday
day 7: wow I last did this 3 weeks ago.. im very disappointed in myself. today I had an awakening and id I wanna get better at vball I have to workout. I did a 5 min cardio warmup, then a 20 min d1 athlete workout, then a 10 minute squat workout. I very proud of myself for doing that. always get back up and try again :)
day 8: feeling sore but good

ОтветитьThis didn't really feel like a "whole" body work out. I still need to do a arm and leg work out after this bc my abs feel trained but not the rest.

Thanks for the excersice! Some of the position are to hard to get in and to hold for beginners, this workout is more suitable for people who already have strenght and flexibility
