ОтветитьI hold onto my kitchen sink and lean down in a forward Bend..head down. Holding this position 30 seconds each time til back pain ease's. Can't lay on my stomach or bend my legs as you have.

ОтветитьJust started watching your videos about a week ago … Woke up one morning about 3wks ago with unbelievable pain down the right side from back to hip to toes. I have no idea how this happened or any previous back issues. I am still battling the pain and it’s gotten to the point it’s hard to walk or stand for more then 5min. At one point the pain got so bad I went to the hospital just so I could get something to take the edge off as all the over the counter drugs did nothing and now I couldn’t sleep. I knew they couldn’t do much and only prescribed a muscle relaxer but was hoping for some imagery but the Dr said it wouldn’t show anything as he thought it was my sciatica. I’ve started doing the stretches you have pointed out and do bring me relief at the time and soon after but I continue to experience severe pain especially when going to bed. Dr Rowe at what point or time if no relief from the pain should I go to the next step to seek relief ? Will continue to do your stretches and thanks so much for your videos much appreciated here in Canada 🇨🇦 !!!

ОтветитьI was doing Half Cobra and Full Cobra exercise for my Disc slip pain relief, but after my Heart Surgery, i could not do this exercise, i feels pain. How could i do that?

ОтветитьGood excise I love I,But please DR REMOVE YOUR SHOE 👟 people will feel more comfortable when they do it with out shoes, I am 67 doing this every night before sleep or in the morning, any time that suits you ❤❤❤
