Excellent.

It helps to use a virtual machine install to determine if your desired install setup is usable.

I heard windows runs as the administrator by default.

Windows is messy: try and upgrade windows without touching your data. If you forget the way your partition was set up, look at /etc/fstab under Linux.

Most PCs are designed to run windows. The way I see it, if it can be used under Linux, then it can be used under windows.

If I copy paste all the files and directories from 1 Linux system to another linex system, would I be able to run the same application which was there is previous system from which I have copied the files and directories.
