ОтветитьMy older sister and I were planning a girls' road/air trip, to shop at your store, and see each other, as we haven't seen each other for several years. We were so disappointed to find that you only do business online.
ОтветитьSuch a pretty quilt❤ Can anyone tell me where I can get a presser foot like the one in her video?
ОтветитьLove this !!! Great teacher ❤
ОтветитьLove this quilt!
ОтветитьJust wondering why I'm watching fro 4 to 6 years ago..... don't you any new updates?
ОтветитьI bought 5 layer cakes to make my daughter a quilt, with a certain pattern in mind. However, when I went back and looked at it I just didn’t like it. So I’ve been looking for another quilt pattern to use. I believe that I have found it. I love this pattern and I believe the fabric that I have will look gorgeous in it. I plan on making it a king size quilt though. I will just add rows and columns to make it the correct size. I also love the pieced border. I will definitely be stepping out of my comfort zone with this quilt. Thank you for the great video! It will definitely help.
ОтветитьI absolutely love this quilt. It was so simple to make with your instructions! 🤩
ОтветитьYou are the best! Love how you make each pattern seem so easy. Also, thank you for your free patterns. I have a French General layer cake in my stash that has the same colors and now you have inspired me to sew it up! Thank you! From Arlington, Texas ;-)
ОтветитьA friend suggested your channel to me and I am so glad she did. Your instructions are wonderful and I love your videos and patterns.
ОтветитьAwesome video and quilt pattern!!!
ОтветитьA beautiful quilt, tks for sharing 🧵
ОтветитьLove this one alot
ОтветитьGreat Christmas Pattern! Thank you and Merry Christmas Donna to you and Jordan Fabrics!!!
ОтветитьI note on this video that the teacher lays aside her quilt cutter to one side with the blade exposed. I did this and just a brush against it meant I had to have plasters (band-aids) for over two weeks. They are lethally sharp so cover the blade every time!
ОтветитьI have watched this video previously but I'm watching it again! I'm wanting to do a special quilt for breast cancer awareness and I have the perfect layer cake for it! Thank you again for another inspiration ❤️
ОтветитьThis would be neat with a scrappy look. I would make the squares with the strips all the same; using solids or a couple of solids and make the darks different?
ОтветитьI learn something new every time I watch you. Thanks Donna. Love your work. Jilly @ Sydney Australia 🇦🇺 💕
ОтветитьI would love to have this quilt on my bed but I have a queen size mattress. Any chance you can tell us what yardage we would need for a queen size quilt?
ОтветитьKlasse!
ОтветитьWhy does your rotary and ruler sound so much more soothing than mine? :)
ОтветитьYou never showed h I w you filled on the corners.
ОтветитьI love this one.
ОтветитьShow Log Cabin payyern
ОтветитьTks for another great tutorial Donna. Love the extra interest with the border. I’ll be looking for a flowery layer cake to make this!
ОтветитьI'm not usually a big fan of red but what you're using here is really pretty
ОтветитьI’ve been watching you for a long time … I loved this the first time ♥️
ОтветитьThank you! This quilt is definitely my next project! I love the “short” border pieces. Nails, as usual, ON FLEEK! 💅
Ответить❤️

ОтветитьLove this pattern & especially enjoyed watching/learning the pieced border, I have 2 quilts in mind to use it for! Thanks Donna & Jordan Fabrics family!
ОтветитьHow did I not see this pattern before, now I actually own a layer cake, must be fate. Always worth watching more of your channel to get inspiration for new ideas. 🇦🇺💜🇺🇸💚👍💯
ОтветитьGreat pattern. Really liked how you pinned each row. It is my worst nightmare taking from where it is laid out to sewing machine
ОтветитьIt's a beautuful quilt, thank you Donna

ОтветитьCan this pattern be printed?
ОтветитьI’ve always shied away from layer cakes as I’ve not been confident about the way to combine the colours, just love this tutorial. Thanks , guessing my bank account will get a bit of a hit now !
ОтветитьI loved this pattern!
ОтветитьI’d like to compliment the camera person. Thank you for not swinging the camera all over the place and not zooming in and out. Having close ups are great. It sure is nice watching a video that doesn’t make a person dizzy.
ОтветитьI love this quilt . I love how simple it is. Plus the fabric is gorgeous. 🤗🤗🤗
ОтветитьWorking on this today/tonight
ОтветитьWhat a nice job on the video and the quilt. Yet another quilt where you make me feel like I can do it with confidence. 😃😃😃😃
