Hiduism is not a religion in the same sense as abrahamic religions are. Born and raised in a Hindu family in Bali, i am feeling more than ever that Hinduism conditions me to pursuit happiness in life. I also learn a lot and enjoy listening to virtual gurus: Gurudev, Sadhguru, Alan Watts, OSHO, J Krishnamurti, to name a few while actively involve in day to day Balinese Hindu traditions.

Truth is one, the paths are many :)

I love the old tales of the Gods, our first documented Superheroes, and I love the art, but when push comes to shove, like all religions, it's made in the Image of Man and is passed off as decreed from the Sacred. Like all great books, there are many, many very positive ideals presented in the Hindu works, but as with all the other supposedly sacred teachings, I don't believe for a minute that it describes the ultimate reality or that the fantastic aspects actually happened. I especially believe that any God who is anything like we have come to think of such beings would expect that the very interpretable and usually rather vague on details written word would be the best way to teach humanity anything.

My dear Hindus I hope you are well. Remember the day is what you make of it so make it count. I am writing this out of love and I realised that Hinduism is a very fascinating religion. It does have truths in it. However, Hinduism actually made me convert into being a strong christian. I remember as a child seeing Vishnu's final reincarnation Kalki a man on a white horse with a sword like a brahmin warrior. He comes at the end of the kali yuga. The end of the Kali yuga is a very evil time in humanity. He comes and destroys adharma (unrighteousness) and begins the satya yuga which is a peaceful and utopian time in human history that is governed by the gods ends until the dissolution of the universe (the maharpralaya). I found it fascinating that sikh scripts also comment on Kalki too from what I read. The thing I found fascinating is that the bible mentions Jesus return on a white horse coming back with a sword from his mouth defeating all evil and unrighteousness at the end of the great tribulation ( which is the end of the seven year most evil time in earth's history) then he rules a perfect society on earth for 1000 years until the end of the first heavens and first earth. Then after that there is the white throne of judgement and then a new heaven and new earth. This is one of the reasons why I believed the bible and Jesus because the hindu texts confirm the end of the world to be true. I found this remarkable. My question is if this person is the final reincarnation and brings true world peace not this fake peace brought about by these corrupted governments then in my mind Jesus made sense to follow. I am not saying you should take my word for it but I am saying look up kalki avatar and jesus in revelation. DO NOT TAKE MY WORD FOR IT but look it up and pray to God to reveal to you the truth and the truth shall set you free. Research and see if what I am saying is true.
