Breathe in through your nose nice and easy for the count of Four then hold the breath for the count of seven then breath out through your NOSE as you humm the sound ommmm through the nose " not the mouth " for the count of eight or more as you are getting better repeat for 33 breath at least Three times .
This is the true science and research
Blessings to all
Pay it forward

This is similar to “Breath of Fire” breathing exercise used in Kundalini yoga ?

Is the breathing exercise equivalent to taking NO supplements? Would you recommend taking NO supplements for a boost?

It would seem that hyper ventilating will make you dizzy. I'm wondering why volume of air to the lungs would create nitric oxide

I am a building tradesman, hammering together pre-fab houses 5 days a week.

Last Friday I left my hammer somewhere at home.

Flustered at work! I remembered being able to pound nails without a hammer when I was in college!

I tried the deep breathing exercise suggested in this video. It WORKED!

I was able to pound nails but it will be about two months before the bruises and contusions heal.

Boy! Does that HURT!

You're right, I just realized that Mario updated his favorite way to tackle ED and it's crazy! Although what he previously talked about was pretty decent, it was difficult to follow, I just go'ogled the latest in Mario Volpstein's Erections at Will, it's so much simpler and potent now!

Can you make a video about the other gas that other people think is waste? C02? I hear and see that it also can help you recover and make O2 oxidize faster if you hold your breath longer and recover faster after cardio. Very little science about this but the Europeans and Russians were ahead of this when training their athletes.

What you have demonstrated is a yogic breathing exercise. There are many techniques like Kapal Bhati, Bhastrika, and Anulom vilom. Apart from pranayama, there are many postures known as Assan to be performed for a healthy lifestyle.

Bad technique. Wow. Better- breathe in deep bia nose. Hold 5 sec. slowly exhale via NOSE. You benefit when you HOLD and slowly exhale- never rush that by blasting it out your mouth. His technique is WAY off and dangerous. He even admits he is feeling dizzy. BP goes down when you run out of 02 my man. Not a goal. Deep breathing before a run helps- then try as best to breath deep during the run but that gets harder.

The tingling is from exhaling too much Carbon Dioxide. Wouldn't it be better to breathe deeply throughout the day and exhale more slowly? I've been breathing from the diaphragm for years.

All of the physician doctors, MDs, who have recommended deep breathing sessions, all say to start with 5 minute sessions and build up to about 15 minutes, done twice daily at least. And most importantly, they all say to exhale for twice as long as inhalation, i.e. inhale through nose for 5 seconds, hold for a beat, then exhale for 10 seconds.
