2. Glute bridges
3. Holds
4. Single Knees to chest, leg extension L, R
Option to raise or keep hips on floor
5. Diamond leg raises to Diamond bridges
6. Hold Diamond
7. Open close Diamond bridge
8. Single bridge leg extension kick L
9. Pulses hips up and lower (leg straight)
Repeat with R leg
10. Table top (wrists under shoulders, knees under hips)
bear crawl to downward dog with opposite ankle taps
End:
Downward dog
Spine flexion
Salutation: cross arms bend knees
