For some bizarre reason PJ doesn’t scare me, I think it’s because he looks too much like a fuzzy puppy for me to be creeped out, to me at least he really cute!
ОтветитьFun fact about the statues mini game is that it wasn't always PJ pug a pillar who is chasing us through the obstacle course instead it was originally supposed to be Cassie cutie pillar we learned more about her in the secrets video and we learned that she was the original design for PJ pug a pillar and she was going to be the one to chase us through the obstacle course But ultimately she didn't make the cut and instead she was replaced by PJ pug a pillar
ОтветитьPoiised and I think alike. we both think PJ is adorable!
ОтветитьHe doesn't kill you! he just.. licks you.
ОтветитьNow, imagine an Arthropleura playing Statues with you
Ответитьdashie always got me on the floor lmao
“a caterpillar puppy?! a caterpuppy?!” 😂
That fucker got away after we cheated
ОтветитьIf there's one rule I've made to myself when it comes to these games:
When you're being chased or in this situation hunted,
DON'T. LOOK. BEHIND. YOU!
El capítulo 2 fue aún mejor de lo esperado para mí
ОтветитьNenaa: "He's taunting me!"
PJ: "Noot-noot..."
There’s two type of players during this game:
OMG HE’S SO CREEPY
And
Awww he’s cute!
I love pj pug-a-pillar so damn much that i have statutes, plushies, funko pops and a trillion pictures and posters all over my room lol. I totally don't love him haha
Ответитьnobody cares stop talking
ОтветитьDisrespect pug a pilla I attack u
ОтветитьWho else skipped the vid to see a jumpscare
ОтветитьIt’s pronounced like this p-j pug-a-pill-ar
ОтветитьWelcome to Statues. This advanced obstacle course is designed to test your physical endurance and strength. The rules are simple: The lights will turn off. You can move through the obstacle course at this time. However, when the lights turn on, you can look around but cannot move. You may move again once the lights turn back off. The loveable PJ Pug-A-Pillar will follow you. If PJ reaches you, your test is over. That's all, good luck.
ОтветитьI like the foam pit with all the foam blocks in it. It’s like the ones you would see in a Gymnastics gym.
Maybe that’s the key to escaping PJ. You’ve just gotta show off your sweet Gymnastics skills.
Сними пожалуйста Стича!!!!!!!
ОтветитьIt's PJ. Not hard to remember
ОтветитьThe soundtrack send chill down my spine
Ответитьthe music is terrifying to me lol
ОтветитьJumpscareing……
ОтветитьI’m back 😈
ОтветитьHeh 😏
ОтветитьEverything about this part was amazing, except the ending. maybe if mommy had a voice line hinting that she blocked off the exit, players would have more of an idea to look for another way out.
Ответить;00
ОтветитьOooo, Cat-A-Puppy Is A Much Better Name.
ОтветитьI love how fast thinking Daz is, his focused panic never ceases 😆
ОтветитьEveryone else: Peegee’s terrifying! Poiised: He’s so cuuuuuuuuuute
Ответитьi think The Statues game is the most scariest out of the three mini games that u play in order to get a piece of a puzzle. Sure, each one of them is scary in their own way but the last one gave the best impact out of those three i remember first time watchig the gameplay and i got jumpcared multiple times and had to cover up my eyes, but this game plus mommy long legs chasing scene are the most scariest parts of the game. i had to stop the video dozens of times to calm my heart down it was a roller-coaster of emotions. The only thing that kinda break the mood of the game were the bugs at the very end of this minigame that are supposed to be crushed path full of rocks which gives off a vibe that we got fooled by by momma but we still managed to get out from the minigame, however you are bascially going throught those rocks ,its glitching quite hard and the pugapillar just circles around and then vanishes throught those rocks. Breaks the mood tbh but except for that the overall game was just masterpiece i wonder how will chapter 3 look?
ОтветитьImo I think the first one is a lot scarier bc Huggy was just a blank character with a big smile and big, empty eyes that chased you with no good reason. He didn't need voice acting, or a motive or anything, he was just scary bc of his design.
With Mommy Long Legs, her design/animation is amazing, but less scary cuz it looks more child friendly. Also bc she can talk, she just resorts to saying creepy stuff to be scary instead of just being scary, (until the chase scene ofc I think that was pretty good) for example the "eat your insides" part was kinda trying too hard to me
Don't get me wrong, I love the games and the lore, but just found the second chapter less scary than the first. (the puzzles/challenges did get a lot better and more interesting tho)
It’s basically you touch your key board or mouse you die when lights are on if the game moves you your alright
ОтветитьYup I think this is how I would rank on a scale from not scary to scary
Musical memory- 7.5/10 Scary: It is stressful how you need to be remembering stuff and bunzo is constantly playing his instrument that makes it even worse and the fact that it gets worse every time until the game is over, but compared to the other games or chase scenes this one is the least scary imo
Whack a wuggy- 8.5/10 very scary: it is way harder than musical memory and you can’t see much, the jumpscare is much worse and you have to keep looking everywhere until the point you get surrounded by huggys everywhere and then it stops after probably losing many times against it. I think it’s harder than statues but I think statues is scarier
Statues- 9/10 extremely scary: I think out of the 3 games this is the worst because of the constant feeling of PJ following you and that music makes it even more scary, it’s so stressfull and I think it’s the game part that gives the most anxiety imo but it doesn’t last long enough to make you feel trapped.
Huggy wuggy chase scene- 9.5/10 super scary: the music gives it a touch, it’s almost perfect and it makes you feel trapped and desperate and you have to think fast, but it’s a little too short and It could be better
Mommy long legs chase scene- 10/10 Ultra scary: it just surprises you way too much, the music, the ambience, the way she counts from 10 and the fact that you can’t go the same way you went before, also she appears when you think you are already finished many times and that makes it better. So that’s my ranking
I like how all of the them are unique in their own way and make you feel different so that’s why the rankings can be very different like for someone who doesn’t like to memorize bunzo could be the worse and for someone else whack a wuggy can be the worst because you can’t see much and you don’t know where they are coming from etc.
whoever part of the playtime co thought of this game
i would like to question
how tf you can think
kids will not be terrified all the way through
The music makes this game creepier tho
ОтветитьI love how you explained the mechanics of the game for me! It makes me appreciate the game design and how complex it could be towards anyones play-through!
ОтветитьLord has to wonder what Playtime Co. did to pacify PJ since he can apparently move Sonic speed and react VERY quickly.
ОтветитьThe constant sound of his feet even if you don’t look at him is terrifying, really to me makes the tension and dread 100x more than it would be- the sound design is so good
ОтветитьWhat up bro?
Famous last words
red-light green light I understand, but statues?
I mean, I've played musical statues when I was a kid.
But just statues, that sounds complicated.
Squid Game, eat your heart out.
One thing I noticed which is cool is that he slows down when he is closer and speeds up when you are far away
ОтветитьI feel like what makes this mini game so unsettling, is how sudden and viscous the jumpscare is if you mess up, when contrasting it to the quiet and subtle footsteps you hear, as a constant reminder that PJ is hot on your tail.
ОтветитьI adore the level of creativity in this game and will leap at every opportunity to defend it, but I think this is the only part where I agree with people's most common criticism: the solution to this puzzle is really unclear. The way they did the rubble with the blocks buried in it, it makes it look like you're supposed to climb it or dig into it somehow, but that just makes people get stuck and glitch out the GrabPack. So they're not in the mindset of "Oh shit, it's coming for me, I gotta run", they're thinking "Did the game bug out on me? Do I have to reset?" It takes you out of the experience.
It might have been clearer if the rubble wasn't already there, and instead caved in right as you were about to reach the exit. Blocking what you thought was the obvious solution forces you to think on your feet and look for another way out. Then you'd be more likely to look around and spot that grappling bar.
PJ Pug-a-Pillar is actually adorable looking
