I know the "(If) I Did It" book is ghost-written, apparently just based on an interview session with OJ, but it's such easy reading that I read it anyway. My favorite thing about it is how OJ is always represented as calm, gentlemanly and rational with Nicole, but then suddenly turns into a raving madman when there's a part that, for some reason or other, was known to the public (like when Nicole was on the line with a 911 dispatcher and OJ, behind a door, didn't know he was going on tape).

That was a very strange day in Los Angeles. I was living in Hollywood and a lot of people were celebrating. They were happy about OJ Simpson being acquitted. They were threatening to burn the city if he wasn't acquitted. It was about politics not the moral truth. It was about division and racism.
