What a great surf flick. The surfing itself is a combination of power and finesse, always with style. The lines taken are creative and smoothly ridden. The artistic choices are what makes the overall experience great. As others have noted, using the board style as a session marker is clever, the footage is beautiful, the editing is on point and that soundtrack is amazing. This film is a labor of love and it shows.

Thanks Cliff for this great surf film. I liked the fact that you mentioned the kind of boards you were using and it was particularly nice to see really stylized surfing on mid-length boards which I now use most of the time. And the production as a whole was edited with a very nice mix of surfing and non-surfing footage. Hope to see a 'Open Rhythems' part 2...
