How is William Wegman not considered a comedian for these deadpan jokes that only adults comprehend in these sketches? Why hasnt SNL gone batshit crazy for this type of material?

I used to think these shorts were from Saturday Night Live for some reason. I wonder why. It's totally not their style or anything.

I was diagnosed with slight Asperger syndrome when I was two, and I guess this is why I remember these shorts so well - I loved them!

These sketches are great...they seem like part of a surrealist film now that I am an adult, like David Lynch's "Rabbits". But the music in this makes me think of Terry Gilliam ;)
