Hello Ben , I have a question , " I got my American tourist visa in Mar. 2009 , but in Feb.2009 the first time I applied the officer refused it . That is my second application . Igot it and visited America . I'm going to apply for a tourist visa this year again . if the officer ask me " Do you have a prior visa refusal " How should I answer him /her ?

Does prior refusal is only pertaining to the U.S visa or any other country refusal visa?

My friend is an entrepreneur, I actually told him about a business conference somewhere last year. I think 4-5 months ago. He asked someone to help him with the visa application and the person put lotta false information which he was not aware of. He had no idea what the person did because he was kinda busy with his business. Her passport still bears her maiden name but she is now married to me. Actually I applied for F1visa before 6 months before and i got refusal because visa officer asked me last question about my work experience and then I told I have approx 4 years experience. Then he told me are you working in the same field for 4 years, I said yes, then he hold me for some time and went to another officer, then they asked my docs and that was wrong like my academics. Then they took me in the cabin and took my statement of real documents and pressurise me to speak truth. Because i didn't have any experience. Then they told me you're the victim of fake consultant by mentally pressure and took my written statement of reality. I just want to confirm should I apply with real documents now? Or can I modify my ds160 accordingly. Is there chances of getting visa or not? Please reply 🙏🙏
