Founded in February of 2000 by Robert Stephen, Robert Stephen Consulting, LLC (RSC) is a private Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) consulting firm located in San Ramon and Los Angeles, California, Seattle, Washington, and Phoenix, Arizona.

RSC works closely with client staff, interior designers, AutoCAD designers and drafters, lease management and furniture warehousing companies to facilitate a fully integrated relational database containing precise and key information for facilities reporting needs. Some of the applications used by RSC include web tools utilizing dynamic queries, CAFM software such as Archibus, Manhattan/CenterStone, and Tririga, and other tools such as Crystal Reports, AutoCAD and Microsoft Access.

One of RSC's more challenging projects involved synchronizing Archibus with PeopleSoft as well as completely field surveying, AutoCAD drafting and populating an ARCHIBUS database with 800 buildings encompassing 4,400,000 square feet on 600 sites throughout California within a nine month period. Other successes include designing, installing and maintaining a graphical employee locator delineating the floor plan and the location of the desired employee for a 9000-employee company.
