Leave the plastic sandwich bag slightly open to allow air circulation until the seed germinates. After Potting: Remove plastic once the leaves emerge.
ОтветитьI have 6 in total 😁
ОтветитьThank you for your explanation
ОтветитьDid you do you water It at all!! Or just when planting?
ОтветитьThank you! I wrapped a seed in paper towel and put it in a mason jar by the window and boom! It grew. I didn't know how to transfer it into a pot. Thank you for this!
ОтветитьShe must be filipina,,,the sentences at the end longer m,thanks
ОтветитьThank you. I hope that it will grow
ОтветитьGood morning..thank you so much.for this sound advice. tried prying open the seed and had to use a hammer, so seed broke.
Still followed your directions..Hope it will germinate
Hi Thank you very much 🦋💗
ОтветитьI’m here 2023 and was wondering if we can get an update on mango tree??
ОтветитьI am in the process of sprouting some mango and avocado seeds and I will say that doing this with wet untreated sphagnum Moss but I am sure that any Moss will do, works much faster than soil. I use the clear plastic produce bags from the supermarket.
ОтветитьWhy did you put the root up side down, dark red root on top of the hump?
ОтветитьDo I need to wait till the leave comes out to plant it in a pot ?
ОтветитьMy mango seed germinated in 7 days !!
ОтветитьLove this video. I saved some mango seeds hoping I’d find a video on how to propagate them. Thank you so much for posting this informative video👍🏻🥰🥰
ОтветитьWhen do you remove the plastic bag ? Or do you keep it on ?
ОтветитьHow often do you water it during those two weeks in the plastic bag?
ОтветитьI directly put it some water without dry without bag i hope will grow
ОтветитьI didn’t realize that I should’ve planted my mango seeds by now, they both have root systems and one is starting to grow leaves and I’m still using the paper towel and plastic bag. I originally put cinnamon with the seeds because I didn’t want them to possibly mold and I heard it helps plants germinate quicker. I’m not sure how long it’s been, possibly at least a month. After watching this video I’m going to get the materials needed to help them grow.
ОтветитьI had placed my mango seed,2, in a damp napkin and today I found they had both rooted. I placed them in the soil as you instructed. Now to wait. This must be my 5th try. Hope this time it works.😊😊
ОтветитьDo you have any recommendations on the type of soil to plant the seed in?
ОтветитьCan somebody tell me how to keep the mango seed from getting moldy and turning black when it’s in the bag
ОтветитьThats not how i did mine at all
Ответитьis the zip bag necessary?
ОтветитьIt’s been two weeks my mango seeds has roots!! I’m so excited to plant it in a pot
ОтветитьHi! How often do you water?
ОтветитьHave a mango seed that had started germinating prior to my eating it and when I opened the pod the root broke off but since then I have multiple roots coming from it but don’t see an eminent sprout of the plant itself. How should I proceed as I usually plant when I have the sprout as my other two plants are doing. Thanks!
Ответитьhand towel can you use that to
ОтветитьThank you 🙏🏽
ОтветитьHow long do you keep the plastic bag on it ? My plant sprouted and i want to keep the bag on it to create that tropical environment but i dont want to over do it with the moisture 😅
ОтветитьEveryone here saying they are 11 stop lying, stop being loser trolls, grown adults pretending to be children just to troll everyone else . 🙄😒
Ответитьthank you for your time and the info
ОтветитьI have done this three times now and as soon as the leaves start to grow they die and the seed disintegrates Any ideas please?
ОтветитьWhat do I do next after that please help trying to grow my mango
ОтветитьWhen the root starts to sprout and you put it in the pot with bag over it where do you need to put it? Outside or inside with small amount of sun?
ОтветитьI planted it in the ground . It sprouted
ОтветитьI have tried 5 seeds germinated thanks
ОтветитьInstead of a plastic bag, you should use a half of a plastic bottle :)
ОтветитьIt was helpful! I'm 12 and I love plants this is my first plant growing my mango seed has started to grow roots !❤ Thank you and also i wanted to ask how much to water it and how much time a day i have to water it thanks once again
ОтветитьThank you so much. It works great. Growing a plant at the moment.
ОтветитьWhat soil mix do you use? Drainage?
ОтветитьWhy do people insist on trying to be better than nature all the time? Put the embrio into moist soil and let it sprout. Forget paper towels, plastic bags, and all that nonsense. Let nature do what it has been doing just fine for a loooong time without our help! If you plant it after it sprouts then you will confuse the roots and end up with a bad germination.
ОтветитьI honestly don't know why the wet paper towel in a plastic bag trick is a thing. Just put it in the dirt. Wild fruit don't need humans. If your mango doesn't sprout, eat another one and try again.
Stop producing garbage when it's not necessary.
Is there an update? Watching 4 years later! LOL!
ОтветитьYou are a genius! I started seeing roots in one week! Thank you!😊
ОтветитьNice❤
ОтветитьHer: "Leave it on the top of the refrigirator"
My top of the refrigirator: colonized by cats
How did you get it to rip open so easily, we literally couldn't get it open???
ОтветитьHello, thank you for the informative video! I started germinating my seed less than two weeks ago and a root has grown about 1.5inches long, no leaf has shown up yet. Is there anything i can do to help the leaf come out? Should i wait for a couple more days? Thanks again! I felt so excited seeing the roots being so sturdy 🥰
ОтветитьI just throw mine in water and it grew a root in way less than 9 weeks more like less than 1 week
Ответить
